Great dentist! The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The dentist explained everything clearly and took great care during the treatment. The clinic was clean and organized, and the whole visit felt smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely come back.

My son had a dental emergency that just progress very fast and he was experiencing extreme pain. Dr. Herron took no time in addressing the emergency and quickly took care of it, making sure we had the prescription need and a follow up appointment set the next day. Truly grateful!

Found the practice to be very professional and extremely kind and helpful!! I had a crown and 2 fillings to be done. Dr. Herron was great as well as the assistant staff. Amazing they can prepare and place the permanent crown all in one day! I would recommend McCormack and Dr. Herron to anyone. Thanks so much for your excellence!!

This is my experience. I was in sooo much pain. My regular dentist was kind of blowing me off. I decided to find someone else because I was in emergency trouble. The pain i had was confusing. It felt like it was in multiple places and would make my jaw muscles charlie horse or cramp up. I found the McCormack group and more importantly Dr. Herron. Dr. Herron was caring and diligent. She quickly pinpointed my problem and one painless root canal later I was feeling great. It was amazing to find someone that cared to take me in and quickly give me the relief that I sorely needed. Lets not forget her assistant either. The staff was really welcoming, understanding and caring. Im looking forward to their care.

I've received excellent, thoughtful care here for years, but they've recently taken a dark turn for the worse. They submitted a claim to my insurance for a crown. The insurance company denied the claim because the submitted X-rays show the tooth is infected and they want that resolved before they pay for the crown. Suddenly McCormack won't talk to me or my insurance company about the infection. The only thing they want to discuss is putting me on a payment plan to pay $1,000 out of pocket for the crown.

The Dental group was great for getting me in quickly. The people were very friendly and took care of my implant crown that came off. They got my crown back on and Janell was also awesome Taking care of my issue.

I’ve been going to this place for a couple of years and have had mixed experiences. The hygienists are friendly and do a good job, but I’ve had issues with upselling and a lack of transparency. I wasn’t clearly informed that my regular cleanings would include costly "maintenance" gum treatments that my insurance didn’t cover, which led to a large bill. Although they discounted the charge, I was frustrated by the limited payment options and unhelpful office staff. Overall, the treatment is okay, but the billing practices and communication are a major concern.
