I had my first appointment today at Magnolia Dental & boy was I shocked. Everyone from the Receptionist who checked me in, the hygienist & the Dentist was friendly & warm & responsive to my questions & concerns. A plan was developed & the cost for the work was extremely manageable. I am pleased with the entire process. If you’re looking for a dentist I enthusiastically recommend Magnolia Dental. Oh, & ask for Ashley. She is awesome.

They shaved my whole stinkin tooth after saying I had a "small cavity". My cap fell out, and had to put a new one in. And guess what they shaved more of my tooth just to put the stupid cap in it started hurting, but they still continued. They made me pay $600 after that. DO NOT come here, they destroy your teeth and lie to you. They make you pay for a small cavity destroy your teeth, especially since I was financially unstable?? You're going to shave someones whole tooth over a small cavity??. Never coming here ever again I was so upset after that. Horrible and disgusting. And they call themselves "proffessionals" instead they ruined myself esteem after which I'm, Sure that was their sick plan. This place is beyond words I can't even say on the internet. Not to mention the female dentists are very backhanded. I'm glad I'm over it now because of the cap is back on, but the fact they shaved my whole tooth instead of conservatively pisses me off. DO NOT COME HERE if you value your teeth. Even told my dad what happened and he told me to call them to fix it (wise words from my dad I didnt want to walk around with no tooth) and unfortunately I had to pay more. To top it off in the summary of the review, the tools look really disgusting and dirty like it came out of an archeologist exhibit. 🤢😒

I had a great experience with this dental practice. The initial estimate was a bit high because my insurance wasn’t going to cover the service, but the tech and office manager went out of their way to contact my insurance on my behalf. They were able to get the estimated cost reduced by 50%, which I really appreciated. I love how they truly look out for their patients and try to help them save money. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for dental care!

Admin staff doesn’t care to do their jobs very well. Had to reschedule twice due to staff incompetence and each time they push the appointments out 3 months. This was for a 6 year old child who has been losing teeth. Do not waste your time here. There are too many other places that are more professional and can provide better care.

I scheduled online and apparently it let me schedule when there was no hygienist in house that day. The dentist and his assistant cleaned my teeth themselves instead of asking me to re schedule. Errors with technology are bound to happen sometimes - they handled it very well, were professional, and it was appreciated.

This was the best dental experience I’ve had, Chris and Dr. Maikel are the absolute best! I was able to get in for an emergency extraction quickly, and despite my anxiety about the situation the staff was reassuring, calming, and made the experience quick, easy, and comfortable.
