A Dental office and team like no other! The first time I went to Hoffman dental, I was not expecting to meet the team AND get a tour of the facility?! How amazing! Love that Hoffman shows his art work, while still keeping it very classy for his office. The hygienist that I had was really nice as well, she was very personable and educational for my dental needs. I don’t feel like I’m just a client here, they want to know things about you when you come in & I don’t mind because I’m a people person. Other dental offices I’ve been to, have not been like this. I’m excited to keep working with Hoffman dental, as I was referred to this place by a friend. My whole family see’s Hoffman & my friends keep asking where I go & I tell them to come here!

This dentistry experience was awesome. I loved all of the personable staff making sure I was comfortable and addressing all of my needs during my new patient visit. I would recommend this dentistry practice 1000%. Having Dr. Cheryl Hoffman sit down with me to get to know me and my concerns as apart of this visit really showed me how patient centered this practice is!

Wonderful experience at Hoffman Dental. I felt apprehensive after my long-time dentist retired--this was my first visit with Dr. Cheryl Hoffman, she made me feel so at ease, answered all my questions and helped come up with a treatment plan. Entire office staff was amazing! *4-21-26 - Follow up- Dental office visit today with Cortney, Dental Hygienist, for deep cleaning on a few teeth- she was so wonderful, took the.time to thoroughly explain the procedure, reason for it, and even provided suggestions on follow-up care that I could do at home. Cortney was awesome, thank you! 😊

My visit was great! I was welcomed by all staff and taken to meet Dr. Cheryl. We discussed my plan of care and then she followed through. It was a great experience! I felt like I was at a spa. I was offered a blanket to keep me warm and water in the waiting area. Wonderful costumer service!

The service was great. Additionally, window view in the room that I got a dental service during late fall tree leaves outside window was amazing. It was like I was on vacation with a dental service provided. I found it later I got charged 3% extra because I paid it with my credit card which I didn't get informed at the beginning. Other than that tiny issue, service was great with great equipments. Some dental offices run old equipments, not this clinic, though.

Amazing care! I’ve never had a dentist take time to talk to me and even do my first cleaning. Wanted to talk to me before even starting my dental cleaning, very personable. I am so glad I made the switch to Hoffman!

I have been a patient for with Hoffman Dental for over 40 years. I grew up hating my earlier Dentist, but not Dr. Tom...he's the best. I love the staff as well, plus they have convenient hours, clean offices and are centrally located in Upper Arlington. I highly recommend Dr. Tom and his lovely wife Dr. Cheryl.
