Cleveland Dental Institute - Columbus

Dr Zee super wonderful, comforting, gentle, genuine, and loving. I highly recommend her to any place in the United States. She knows how to relate to her patience’s. I love her dearly. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
Sophia Murray was the rude lady. My daughter had a 9:45 AM appointment. We used insurance transportation, and due to snowy weather, we arrived slightly late. We got to the building at 9:55, but between waiting on the elevator and getting to the office, we reached the front desk at about 9:57. The woman who scheduled and checked us in was extremely rude and dismissive. When I tried to explain the situation, she repeatedly said, "That’s not my responsibility," in a very snotty and unprofessional tone. I explained that my phone was off and that I rely on insurance transportation, and she showed no empathy or professionalism at all. I understand policies, but how patients—especially parents and children—are spoken to matters. This interaction was unnecessary, disrespectful, and left a very negative impression.
Dr Zhee was absolutely amazing. So friendly funny and gentle. Listened to our concerns and went above and beyond expectations. My son had all 4 wisdom teeth out she is fantastic. Highly recommend
Would not recommend this office. Although they have some very good Dentists, this office is very poorly run, and the scheduling people are a nightmare. Showed up for my Mother's surgery and she wasn't even on the schedule. Another time they told her her BP was to high, and sent her out to follow up with her doctor. She does not have uncontrolled BP's. Their automatic BP cuff was reading it high. As I sat in the waiting room, I heard other patients say they were rescheduled due to high blood pressures. When my Mom went back in they told her the same thing again. She told them to take it with a manual cuff. Surprise....it was normal. They need to do a complete overhaul of their office.
Billing nightmare and staff that can never find answers to questions. I visited the Reynoldsburg office for my first visit, then they sent me to the E Broad St. location after multiple calls to ensure that the services I needed would be covered by my dental insurance plan. Six months later I get an outrageous bill. Ultimately, it is my fault for not bypassing this business altogether, but the cluelessness, and the difficulty with finding someone who could competently answer my billing questions was horrible. I'm sorry I even visited CDI in the first place. Never again.
Had a wisdom tooth taken out! Sent home with no antibiotics, no fallow up appointment! Not even 6 hours after I know something was very wrong! I’ve been in the hospital two times already! Have to see a surgeon they said they can’t even tell where they took said tooth out! I have a major infection. Now I’m being transported to grant hospital due to the infection messing with the muscles to control my jaw! Never had such a bad experience in my life! I’m also a type 1 diabetic so this is very dangerous and nothing to play with! I have a double chin due to the infection!
Although he could not treat me Dr.Seiner (hope I spelled that right) was extremely helpful … after seeing 6 doctors , yep you read that right 6 doctors he was able to diagnose me and point me in the right direction , if he had been able to treat me I would’ve let him in a heart beat he was incredibly kind and sympathetic to the pains I’ve been having due to nerve damage and I had previously seen many different kinds of doctors getting brushed off but he sat down took the time to listen and actually explain what was going on with my diagnosis !! I whole heartedly give this doctor 5 stars and recommend him !!
