The facility was clean. The people were punctual. The staff was friendly. Ms Crystal Gale did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She made me feel very welcome and interested. She really knows her profession. I had a fear because I'd never had a deep cleaning before but to my Surprise everything went well I felt comfortable . Iwill be back

My experience was very warming from the moment i walked in, Both receptionist were very kind and helpful, they made me feel welcome. The dental assistant was kind as well, and so was Dr. Myers. I wanna say thank you all, and I hope to see you all again soon. Phyllis Wilson

The staff is so nice, supportive, understanding and caring. They are amazing. I did not check before I went and was so upset to see Dr. Droege was not there anymore. I wasn’t really happy with the treatment from the dentist there now. I felt bullied, rushed, & not informed of everything about the decision I made. He was uncaring & even acted angry. I will stay with them through this process because I have no choice. However, I plan to leave as soon as soon as it is over. I will be sad to leave the amazing staff.

I've been a client at South Carolina Dental Center for 10+ years and have always received great service and care. Over the years, I've experienced staff changes, but always had an awesome experience. SCDC is the second dentistry I have fired this year and if zero stars was allowed, that's what they deserve. Past reviews are mostly positive, but this business is apparently under new management/ownership. The service was adequate, but South Carolina Dental Center failed to fully disclose charges above insurance until after the fact and therefore, is not recommended. Find a dentist who's upfront with their billing practices so you won't be surprised with a double-bill like I was. Demand answers before accepting an appointment.

Imagine this scenario: It's Masters Tournament week in Augusta and all of the dentists in town and the neighboring towns are CLOSED for the week. It's only MONDAY and I'm in immense pain - I know I can't wait until next week to see my normal dentist so I start expanding my search to towns further away. Finally, based on their already great reviews, I call South Carolina Dental Center and ask if there was any way I could be seen for a same-day emergency visit (it was already 12:30 by this time). They didn't hesitate to offer me a 3:00 appointment to accommodate my almost 2 hour drive to their office, just based on the fact that I was in pain. With this appointment I was able to get the referral I needed to visit an Endodontist quickly. THANK YOU to the excellent, very friendly, and down-to-earth staff at SC Dental Center for your accommodation to my eleventh hour dental crisis! I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I had my first visit with SCDC yesterday and to say I was impressed is an understatement. It turned out I had my days mixed up and my appointment wasn’t for another week but they fit me in since I was there, they had some of the most kind and friendly staff I’ve ever experienced, and both the doctor and staff listened to my fears and worked with me to reduce my anxiety as much as possible. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family and continuing care with their incredible team!
