This company seemed promising, so I scheduled a consultation. They assured me they’d call me to review my charts, but I never received a call. I called four times, and once, the receptionist informed me that the doctor would contact me the next day to schedule my surgery. Despite this, I haven’t heard from anyone for over a month. Consequently, I filed a chargeback with my bank for goods and services not delivered. Surprisingly, when I filed the chargeback, they were able to submit the necessary documentation. However, they still haven’t provided me with the results of my CT scan.

Appointment was at 2:20….I arrived at 2 pm to fill out paperwork…there is a consultation fee $132 This was not disclosed during the scheduling of the appointment. All I need is a tooth removed …why is there a consultation fee? At 3:05 I asked when I was going to be seen…I was told someone is entering my info in the system….well they had my paperwork since 2:00 pm and there was no other new patient..what took this long . I saw a lot of staff in the office. Tammy was very friendly and she gave me my consultation fee back. I had another appointment and could not wait any longer. Lesson learned for this office you better come with time on your hands.

Dr.Wonder is a great doc. Friendly and kind. Staff is great too! I would recommend them to everyone who needs this kind of surgery done. Love you guys!

Dr. Kace "Wonder Woman" Wonder is amazing! So professional, so positive and informative about every step of the process. Empathic, but highly efficient. Had an issue that needed addressed QUICKLY & COMPETENTLY. Dr Wonder and her staff were all over it. Business manager was incredible as well! We had two great experiences with Northeast Oral Surgery. Two of our children had their wisdom teeth extracted. The office staff was efficient in getting the appointments set up, insurance approval , as well as check in and check out. The nurses and doctors were wonderful. It was worth the drive
