Outstanding care! How refreshing to experience such professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable care from the entire office. The ease of scheduling an appointment and speaking with the billing department to obtain a breakdown of services is exactly how every office should follow. My husband's surgery was complex, Dr. Ramos called us later that evening to check on him as he said he would. That alone tells you the compassion and follow through he has for his patients. I contacted the office the following week with questions. I was reassured, and I was not dismissed. I have worked in the medical field for many years, this is the type of medical office that truly cares about their patients and their attention to detail shows!

I just had a cavity filled today by Dr Shad and Kathy( I believe she is an assistant or nurse?) Im not sure its been so long since I've seen a dentist. They both were amazing today on helping me relax and there was no judgement whatsoever when it came to my anxiety. Seriously these two are the nicest women ive ever had work on me. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend visiting them for your next appointment!

I have been a patient for about 16 years. When I had a tooth shatter on a weekend, Dr. Ramos met me at his office on the weekend and installed a temporary fix. That impressed me. When normal service is being performed, he explains exactly what he is about to do and why he needs to do it every step of the way. Additionally, he constantly makes sure you are not in pain from what he is doing. Prices are competitive.

Oh my goodness! The best! I have bad anxiety from past bad experiences with other dentists at other locations....I was recommended to this office from one of my coworkers and my dentist was so comforting and accommodating. I am so happy and pleased with my visit.

I had been encouraged & referred here by 3-4 friends, but I was very content with where I had been going. However on a recent-routine exam -cleaning some decay was revealed on rear-back tooth. Dentist showed me the x-ray, said we need to tackle it soon , before it hits the root, I asked for an estimate. Filling & Crown $1300 I replied I have very limited-small dental benefits until January , can I wait. Not likely as the root is .2 away & if it hits your root add $1,000 My head was spinning-swirling. So I called Dr Ramos-Dr. Feinauer office. Shannon answered, I explained that I had been referred here & explained my morning. She understood & sympathized with my dilemma, she encouraged me to grab my x-rays & stop in for 2nd opinion. "How do i get a copy of my x-rays ?" Well Mr C. you paid for them, they should provide a copy for free or as a courtesy. Went back to my dentist, requested a copy, they were concerned "Why"? I replied I need a second opinion. -------------------------------------------- 30 minutes later Dr. Feinauer was able to see & examine me. He agreed with the previous hypothesis & the urgency BUT said a 90% possibility to forgo a crown , but that would be determined by digging probing exploring as teeth x-rays are not as clear as you would think. He pulled out a pricing sheet Ballpark estimate depending on potential depth $185 -$250 Seemed more than fair, then Shannon was able to get me in 2 days later July 31st. Went in nitrous was provided, as was a very wonderful numbing agent & the shot as well, Dr. Feinauer technique was VERY GENTLE & THOROUGH The decay was not as bad as expected. Shannon called my retiree health care & found a little coverage so I paid $81 out of pocket & the $155 was billed-covered Now 1 month later No problems No hot-cold issues Nice filling. I appreciated very much the peace of mind from a second opinion A staff/dentist that went above & beyond Who were sensitive to my budget .
