The dentist are great if you can get to one. The receptionist is absolutely trash. She doesn't know how to do billing ( had to get on a three-way call with my insurance company for her with her)after multiple attempts so I didn't get charged $100s extra. (PS I already paid my deductible She doesn't know how to do insurance and when yuu're 11minutes late I won't lie and say 10 minutes for your appointment during their Road construction for the miles before there building, she pushes you away and makes you reschedule. No thank you. I'll never be back. I suggest same for other so you don't experience this. Two out of two bad experiences with the same person, I don't need to play baseball for a strike. Three. I'll just take myself out the game.

I had another great 6 month check up today. We've been going to Gaynor's for many years now and have recommended them to several family members and friends. My grandson will start going next summer when he's three, so we have three generations seeing Dr. Paul!

I am never one to do reviews but my experience here was so great i felt the need to write one. I came to Gaynor dental for the first time on Monday for an emergency tooth repair. Come to find out when i got there i needed a root canal. I have had 2 done prior to this in my life and all have been terrible experiences. Dr. Mark made my worries go away. He was very informative on everything he was doing and made me feel very comfortable with the experience. I felt no pain or discomfort the entire procedure. He was very polite the entire time and made the experience somewhat fun given the circumstances. The entire staff at this office was very friendly and professional. I will most definitely be a returning customer and will be referring my family and friends! Thanks again! I look forward to my follow up appointment!

All of the staff and both doctor’s are fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs. They are phenomenal with my special needs brother. He always looks forward to his appointment. He brings one of his many toy cars to show everyone and they all make a big deal of it and it makes his day.

This was my first appointment with Gaynor Family Dental. Friendly staff. There was no wait time past my assigned appointment time. Dental hygienist was thorough yet gentle. Dr. Mark is friendly and personable, very easy-going. I'll definitely continue going there in the future.

Tania is an excellent, meticulous hygienist. My teeth always feel perfectly clean between bi-yearly cleanings. She has a warm and friendly (yet professional) demeanor. I actually look forward to our visits. It is always great to get caught up.

Mark is a total prick, he was extremely rude to me and made poor snarky jokes at me trying to put me down and then would brag about himself. The girl who did my fillings was barely paying attention and wasn't even looking at my teeth 80% of the time, she was too busy having personal non work related conversations with another girl there. No surprise that she kept moving when curing my fillings and now both of my fillings have fallen out. I don't trust anyone here, I would stay away from this place.
