A1 Comfort Dentistry

I have been going to A1 Comfort Dentistry for a few years. The customer service is impeccable!!!! Everyone is so kind & loving! It is also very clean!!! I love this place. Every single person speaks to you even if they may not personally be helping you. I look forward to going to my appointments because of the loving atmosphere.

I took my 13 year old son he was such a happy hamper the staff and dentist took the best care of him and everyone is so kind! I love and appreciate that! My son isn’t covered under dental for some odd reason but the office has an amazing child plan I’m so grateful for so thank you and if you need a dentist seriously check them out! The office was very clean and organized and just a great vibe 😁

I took my dad to them. I have saw few negative comments about the front desk and Dr wang. Let me tell you front desk people were amazing. Very friendly. Doctor wang and his assistant were very helpful and welcoming. I can confidently say i am satisfied on my first visit.

Thank you Comfort Dentistry for making my appointment so pleasant! I have finally found a dentist office that does whatever they can to make an extremely anxious patient comfortable! I had a pain free cleaning (after two years) and I was not lectured. For the first time, I am not anxious about going back in six months! The office staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The office is knowledgeable and efficient! The office is extremely clean. The dentist is excellent. Thank you for a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Went to see them in April for a check up and regular cleaning.They told me i need a deep cleaning not a regular one (my previous dentists never mentioned any periodontal issues, i did every 3-6 months regular cleanings until the last year). They referred me to someone they worked with. They told me meanwhile they will call my insurance and let me know about whats covered and what is not. Over 2 weeks go by, i call and ask about updates from insurance. They tell me they will give me a call back soon because they needed to talk to someone because there were no notes in the system and never called back. I called again today, they had no idea why i was calling, when i explained they told me they will not do any work on me because i am not going to do the deep cleaning they suggested. I told them that is painful and i have not decided when i will do it because i am not ready. So i asked "does this mean you are refusing treatment?" and they said "YES". Refusing treatment for fillings in other teeth because i am not ready to do a painful procedure at the moment.

I have always had a great experience here. All of the staff at the office are amazing and friendly. I had a wonderful visit today because of my hygienist. I was anxious for my appointment but right away she made me comfortable and she answered all my questions with detailed explanation. She was super friendly and outgoing i believe her name was Karen. 😁
