I am so grateful for Dr. Bill. He takes care of his patients and keeps in mind my finances when providing a treatment plan. We always have good conversation when I see him. The office staff and assistance are kind and knowledgeable as well. Adding, I am working on getting implants and Dr Bill has taken the extra time out of his busy schedule to stay informed every step of the way. He's working closely with the provider doing the initial steps of the implants. There is no way this is regular care. Thank you Dr. Bill, for always going above and beyond.

I've never felt more comfortable going to a dentist than at this place. They're just good people doing the best they can for you. Can't thank Dr. Bill enough for the work he did and the way they treated me.

Dr Waters is great! My appointment went smoothly. I was greeted at the front desk in a timely fashion and taken back for my appointment before my appointment time. Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. I enjoyed my experience and would recommend this dental practice to others.

I've only had 1/2 of a root canal procedure done, and I'm going back in a couple weeks to finish it, but I am so pleased by the work Dr. Bill did. I could tell that he cared to help me from the pain I was in after a different practice blew me off and told me the pain would go away. If you're looking for a professional, skilled, and friendly dentist then Dr. Bill is it!

Dr Waters is the best. Always takes such good care of me. The staff is excellent. I would recommend his office 100%. Got my permanent crowns in yesterday and couldn't be happier.

I have had a procedure which has exposed my roots which requires a topical numbing when my teeth are cleaned. Even though when consulting with Dr Waters I was assured that a topical would be used, when I arrived for my scheduled cleaning the Hygienist refused to use a topical before cleaning, I guess she relishes exposing her patient to extreme pain. Do not go here, the office is run down and the hygienist is rude and I am glad they will no longer be my dentist.

Dr. Bill Waters is hands down the best. I see him whichever location he is at even if it's 30 miles away as a self pay patient- paying out of pocket!!. So lucky to have found such a caring dentist. Will not scam you for unnecessary work. Best family dentistry around!
