Fui a este lugar en Nov. 2022 para una cita pediátrica con mi hija de 6 años y fue la peor experiencia de mi vida con la dentista que le tocó ese día. Si tienes cita con YUWAKSHI ALAG MARWAHA te recomiendo que la cambies porque ella como dentista pediatrico no sirve. No tiene paciencia, no hace su trabajo, es bien hostil y si no hablas inglés te va a tratar bien mal porque ni ayuda con interprete te va a proveer. Y para colmo no te va a dar el seguimiento necesario para el tratamiento que necesite tu hijo. En resumidas no tiene ética de dentista. Con ella no vuelvo atender a mi hija ni así sea la única dentista aquí en Cleveland. En cambio estuve en el día de ayer con otra Dentista que fue todo lo contrario, muy amable, eficiente y muy profesional . A ella si la recomiendo 100% su nombre es Sarah Milo.

After consulting multiple dentist and not receiving a clear direction or solution, we were feeling quite anxious and uncertain. However, from the moment we met Dr Sachin, things felt different. He took the time to patiently listen to our concerns, understand the complete background, and explain the situation in a way that was clear and comforting. Despite having many patients to attend to, he prioritized our case and never made us feel rushed. His compassionate approach, professionalism, and depth of understanding gave us much-needed clarity and confidence. Handling patients—especially in sensitive cases—requires not just knowledge but empathy, and he truly embodies both. We are deeply grateful for the support and guidance she provided. I would highly recommend Dr Sachin Patel to anyone seeking thoughtful and dedicated care. Thank you Dr Sachin once again for making a meaningful difference in our daughter’s journey. .

I have bad and very Good experience during my visit. The front desk employee are abusive, non professional and not polite, they think this clinic is personal property to them. Overall You will not see any professionalism at the front desk at all. On the other hand I would praise the provider's (dentist) Sachin's professionalism and friendliness. He was so very respectful and knowledgeable. FRONT DESK PEOPLE REALLY NEED REPLACEMENTS. I wish the management could ever glance at these reviews once a year. OR if the front desk itself is the management then ** NEVER MIND **. All these people with one star review specifically about the front desk people can't be wrong.

Had a horrible experience here! They had a resident pull my tooth and she put a hole in my gums with the forceps. I kept going back in so much pain and they kept blaming me. You could tell the doctors were trying to cover for her. Worst experience ever!

I preface this by saying I am a MetroHealth baby. I say that to say this, I know what I’m getting into when choosing MetroHealth for anything medical. The team at this Metro dentistry location is well run, I don’t wait too long and never am I given any trouble (nor do I give it). I just wanted to say that Dr. Georgina and Roxanna are undeniably an incredible dynamic duo. Efficient and effective! They’re really a pleasure to be around. I don’t think there is a single person that enjoys the dentist’s office, but I don’t mind hanging out with Dr. G and Roxanna! Winning team fr!

I'm indigent and get financial assistance with Metro's FAP program. I have had root canal and crowns 3 total 12/18/25 had side by side double extraction. Everything has been great. The only issue I have is the staff say if there is any problems just call us. There no way to call the office directly. The number that's provided goes to a Metro call center and they never know what you're talking about when you call. After extraction DR was supposed to send scripts to pharmacy I walk from 37th lorain to w 54 Detroit Rd to my pharmacy. Waited 40 min no scripts sent. Can't call directly. My chart can take 24 to 48 hours to get response had to walk all the way back. That system doesn't work to good Metro. Should have just been able to call for that other than that issue my experiences have been very positive with Metro dental.

Excellent dental clinic! My son had a tooth extracted and a filling done without any problems or pain. He was very happy! 😊
