Came in with my wife as a first time patient. I was hesitant on going since I hadn't seen a dentist in some time. Staff was so friendly and Dr.J was so patient. Took great care when doing my cleaning along with explaining other work that needed addressed. Best dentist I've ever been too! I highly recommend especially to those nervous about the dentist

Dr Jimenez 10 stars! This review is for the office manager, I’m writing to express concern about how I was spoken to during a phone call regarding a missed appointment. I recently lost my father unexpectedly and was trying to explain a misunderstanding about who confirmed the appointment. I understand office policies. I apologized for the missed visit, but being yelled at was unprofessional and upsetting. I hoping this can be resolved so I can continue to use this dentist as I really like him.

Best dentist in the Cleveland area, he is gentle and very knowledgeable and the office staff are amazing. I saw my share of bad dentist in Cleveland but I feel much better about my dental care now after coming here , I almost don’t want to share them with anyone else 😅 jk.
