All of the staff at the Cleveland location were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walk through the door and for the moment I left. Facility was clean and had a neat appearance, overall welcoming experience. The doctor was exceptionally friendly and thorough on going over the work with me. Thank you so much for the help today!

Extremely pleasant experience with my wisdom tooth removal. The assistants were amazing and kind- I can’t recall their names right at this moment. However- they made sure I was comfortable and gave me reassurance about the procedure since I had a bad experience in the past. The doctor literally took less than one minute to finish my procedure and I am healing extremely well. I recommend highly 100/10

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for the removal of all 4 of my wisdom teeth! I’m from Sandusky, about an hour away and there are very limited options here for oral surgeons - the drive was worth it; I would recommend Dr.Dai & his team to anyone! All the girls in the office are so sweet and professional! I was so nervous and put it off for so long but glad I chose this location. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Then The procedure was quick and smooth and pain was well managed with the meds prescribed.

I was a little apprehensive at first because of the location, but after going inside, the staff was VERY professional and accommodating and most importantly I didn't feel any pain and was in and out in a jiffy!! First time I had no complaints from having an oral surgeon remove a tooth. GREAT JOB DOC and TEAM.

Did an amazing job would recommend them to anyone. Had a tooth pulled and didn’t feel a thing. Also they were very fast and professional. The dental assistants awesome and made sure I was well taken care of along with the dentist. Had a good experience.

Absolutely one of the best and quickest tooth extractions ever. No one likes to have this done, but the Team there was welcoming, friendly, efficient and by far the most passionate group I've come across. Dr. *Dai was careful and quick😊When the novacaine wore off...just a little tenderness at the socket, barely! This Team knows what they are doing!!! Thank you!

They pressure and mislead patients into paying for extremely expensive and ineffective treatments, such as unnecessary injections supposedly for preventing gum disease. They also recommend improper filling procedures designed to create future dental problems so you’ll have to keep coming back.
