Doctor was great with kids but none of the hygienists speak loud enough to hear. Front desk rep could be more adept. Bathrooms in a wretched state- no soap and visibly dirty, smelly fixtures. Waiting area needs to be tended to, as well. Routine cleaning appointment took 1hr and 15mins from start to finish, not including waiting room time.

These ppl are crooks! I had an appt for them to put my crown back on. When I got there they said I owed $70 for my last cleaning. I understood that I paid my whole balance for my last cleaning of $110. They said it was $180 and I owe $70. So I paid them and waited for them to call me for my crown placement. After being there over an hour and paying an unexpected balance of $70 they told me they cant put my crown on bc I didn't have it made there! They're service has always been bare minimum and u always see a different dentist. If u have medicaid contact Dr. Barry Lazar at Brooklyn dentistry. He's a 💎!

My anxiety is usually a mess and I don’t usually follow through with my appointments because the environments can be overwhelming/stressful. I decided to just go and Try. I was very nervous and thought about leaving but as soon as I got through the door I was greeted by friendly welcoming staff who agreed to still work with me. Thanks guys for the patience. If you are looking for patient, welcoming, friendly staff. I recommend here!

We had a very disappointing experience with this office over multiple visits. Several of our appointments were cancelled due to doctor availability, and on one occasion we showed up for a scheduled appointment only to find out no one had contacted us about changes, which resulted in a completely wasted morning. When our appointments were honored, the environment felt extremely chaotic and disorganized. Staff had difficulty locating tools and equipment during the visit, which made the experience stressful and unfortunately very frightening for my 5-year-old. She is now much more anxious about dental visits, which is really upsetting as a parent. There was also a significant amount of waiting, even with scheduled appointments, and the front desk process often felt slow and overwhelmed. The waiting area was loud and filled with distressed children, which is not an ideal atmosphere for pediatric care. I was waiting to schedule our next visit but the delay in getting to us we decided to just leave and look for another office. Overall, I would not return or recommend this office, especially for young children who need a calm, organized, and reassuring dental environment.

I have NEVER been here but judging by the reviews and the fact that I read over 10 complaints, ALL that are from different times AND YEARS INCLUDING RECENTLY, I dont ever want to go here nor bring my child here for ANYTHING. LET ALONE I was going to let it go and try it out myself BUT, the owner responded to everyone at the same exact time 2 weeks ago, with the SAMEEEEE messages for everyone and not ONCE addressed any specific areas that they were touching on. I bess everyone working over there IMMEDIATELY, may your hands be anointed with compassion, may your actions show empathy and understanding and may your words show care and morality for all who come before any of you. Shame on all of you for making anyone feel a way in this place of business. Shame on all the doctors and staff, SHAME ON ALL OF YOU! I AM DISGUSTED BY WHAT I HAVE READ. CHANGE!

The staff here is very rude. They don’t introduce themselves or explain what’s about to happen before they start working on you. The machines were not working properly and it extended my appointment time drastically. This is my first time bringing my daughter here and I can say this was not a good first impression. I will not be coming back here.
