I walked in today to "pick up my retainer." I received the message weeks ago and hadn’t had time yet to pick them up. I arrive at the office not knowing I was supposed to make an appointment because they had to check that they fit. I was accepted and was seated within 5 minutes and while my bottom retainer didn’t fit they were able to use my last retainer mold to make a new one. My teeth shift so quickly and when they took the final scans my crowded teeth shifted so slightly. I’m thankful Laura was able to listen to my relationship drama FIRST (because they all care about me and my personal life!! It’s so amazing to have great listeners at my side!!) and then she consulted with the doc and they agreed I didn’t need an expensive new scan. THANK YOU EVERYONE!! I’m a client and now a FLOSSER for LIFE!!

Very pleasant and enjoyable experience. The staff was great, especially Danielle and Lauren. From the Front Desk staff to the doc. They made me feel welcomed and relaxed and were very accommodating. Brief visit with Dr. Brown. Very nice and pleasant. Office was very clean, well lit and nicely decorated.

I recently had a deep cleaning with Danielle, and I can’t recommend her enough! If you’re like me and usually find dental work a bit stressful, Danielle is the person to see. She was incredibly thorough but had such a gentle touch that the entire process was comfortable and easy. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. The whole team at Dr. Austin Brown’s office is fantastic - professional, welcoming, and they truly make the experience feel more like a spa visit than a typical dental appointment. If you need a hygienist who is both highly skilled and genuinely kind, definitely ask for Danielle!"

After 25 years with my previous dentist, I was extremely anxious about making a change. From the first phone call onward, this office treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. I have significant dental anxiety along with some medical and sensory issues, and they listened carefully to everything I needed without making me feel embarrassed or difficult. The entire staff was warm, calm, and compassionate, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. For anyone who is fearful of dental care or has complex medical/anxiety needs, I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had here. I am deeply grateful to have found them.

Dr. Brown and staff are brilliant. After years of tooth issues, I bit the bullet and had a completely re-engineered mouth. All teeth, several posts and complete patient satisfaction. Actually, I'm ecstatic. I can eat everything now. My bite is brutal ( just ask😁) nuts, beef jerky, overcooked steak are now a pleasure. I have not had one issue in 8 months. I could ramble on but do yourself a favor and let Dr. Brown and staff do the driving. My only regret is that I didn't make the move earlier.

I love Dr. Brown and his staff! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Their schedule is very accommodating to my busy lifestyle and I always feel like it is a spa day for my teeth. I recently completed my Invisalign and I am so happy with the results. I can’t stop smiling. Top tier service.
