Absolutely love Reflection Orthodontist! They listen to all concerns you have! Help you understand what they are planning to do and listen to your concerns you have! They help you by trying to get you the best payment you can afford! They try to be the lowest cost for you! Quickly address any concerns and fixes it quickly! Anything extra they think would help you or benefits you they cover at no cost! I've absolutely had the best experience ever with them! They were recommended by my daughter's orthodontist in Kansas! They highly recommend I go with them because their credentials were so high and recommended by the American dental association!

There is nothing like this office! They are so welcoming, inviting, and they make you feel at home. The atmosphere is so nice and it feels like you are at a resort or something of the sorts. At the age of 21, I felt somewhat self conscience about getting braces, but they made me feel much better and even some of the staff are in braces right now! No matter what the age they will take care of you. Dr, Blackman is phenomenal and a very caring man! He greets you and speaks to like you have been friends for years. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. They have to newest and most up-to-date technology and know what they are doing! The coffee and snack counter in the lobby is just an added bonus and will keep your family busy during your appointment!

If you want a great experience, chose Reflection! I am 52 years old and needed to correct my bite dues to headaches and dental problems. They patiently went thru all my options and gave their recommendations on which they felt would be my best option and the reasons why. Never once did they rush me into a decision. They are so easy to work with and are affordable. Every time I have went in, they genuinely seem happy I am there. They always have a smile on their faces. They are fun and sweet! The whole experience has been easy, painless and actually enjoyable! Awesome group of people!

I just got my braces on yesterday at the practice, Reflections Orthodontic's. I definitely recommend this practice. They have outstanding staff who make you feel comfortable with the treatment and are very professional. The practice is very clean and well organized. I recommend anyone who needs braces to come here. As a plus, if you're a military family you get a discount. Without the discount, my family wouldn't have been able to afford braces since we used our insurance on my last pair in 2007. I'm completely grateful.

Love the Reflections experience! I’ve been in braces for 14 months and have had ZERO issues! The staff there is like a well-oiled machine and I love the amount of care and thought that everyone puts into their work, but also the great things they’re doing for the community and the various events and contests that they host. This is just an all around amazing establishment. I walked in a little nervous, but the staff is so nice and genuinely caring that it put me to ease right away. I cannot stress enough how awesome and wonderful the staff is here! They are some of the nicest people I have met at a dentist/orthodontics office. They walked me through the whole process, step by step. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and knew how to care for my braces once I left. Also, Dr. Blackman is so awesome. He is very nice and goes over your xrays in detail and tells you what he plans on doing to fix your teeth problems. He makes sure that you understand the entire process, and he is just so charming! Oh, and did I mention how nice the staff girls are?

They are absolutely never on time. You will constantly have to wait at least 20 minutes beyond your appoint so if punctuality is important you may want to try another office. I prepaid my daughters entire treatment so it is what it is. The treatment is fine. She almost never has the same person twice and they aren’t always they most gentle. The lack of ever being on time for your appointment is extremely frustrating.
