Reflections, An Orthodontic Experience

Things have definitely changed over the years. They do very little to assist in rescheduling. My daughter is 1 year past her removal date. I have a son that needs braces as well and plan to take him elsewhere.

Been here so far twice. Very friendly staff. One the first visit for my consultation they even offered to go ahead and put my braces on that day. Took my son there a few weeks later for his consultation told them how excited he was to get braces and couldn’t understand why he couldn’t get them the day of his consultation they called me twice to get keep moving his appointment up so if able he could get them on that same day. Unfortunately he still Had baby teeth coming in and they said we could go ahead but it would be a waste of money and he would have to have them for more like three years. Loved the fact that they didn’t try to just get money out of me and go ahead with it but explained very well. They even set up for a reminder to be sent to me in a year so they could revalue if he would be ready instead of me trying to remember.

Dr. Blackman is the man with the plan. No wonder people love him, he's so nice and friendly. The employees here are amazing as well, they do hard and not easy work but you can always see them smiling here. I love coming here and I'm sure you will too. I recommend bringing your family here to get their Orthodontist here and no where else. That is a FACT!

Well operated business. From the moment of shopping for braces, I found the teams at Reflections to be kind, straightforward, and happy to work with me. Within the last six months of treatment, my appointments have been timely and pleasant. Really glad I chose Reflections for my ortho care.

I am very upset with my final dental treatment here. As an adult, I received braces for two years here with the intention of straightening my teeth, for them to appear larger once aligned. One month before my final removal, they told me they would "polish" my teeth, which I thought nothing of that and figured it was a minimal part of the process. I had a small chip in my tooth already, and the dental tech shaved my teeth down to the edge of the chip in my tooth and significantly shortened my teeth more than 0.5 mm. Every time I went in, I expressed my concerns about this but they never said anything about it or even apologized to admit it happened. They only said that they would give me a referral for gum contouring, which doesn’t add the length to my teeth back or solve anything as I do t have dental insurance and would be out-of-pocket. Instead of being happy about my braces being removed, I was upset because I preferred my teeth before they were shaved down.

Such an impressive business. From the moment you walk in, you know you chose the right orthodontist! Beautiful, clean, and comfortable, I enjoy the wait during my kids appointments. They have a snack bar with tea/coffee, water and packaged snacks for the kids, a game room, a theater, and a lovely fireplace! Dr. Blackman and the staff are beyond kind and helpful. And they never seem to be behind schedule. We arrive early and never wait for long. Very happy with Reflections!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Katie McCormack and her team! I did Invisalign, and I’m thrilled with the results she gave me the smile of my dreams. Dr. McCormack really listened to all my concerns and made the process easy and comfortable. Everyone in the office was so friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
