Love That Smile

Let me start out with the good because we do really love many many pieces about this office. Dr. Sarah and the staff are great. My daughter has bad dental anxiety and Dr. Sarah was really incredible working with her. My 3 stars is not reflective of the quality of care. However, for any sort of procedure outside of cleanings. I would expect to wait quite a long time. I cant recall when I was scheduled for something and got in without a 30 minute wait. (My last appointment I waited for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time and canceled meetings to avoid a month long rebook) There are several times I’ve almost rebooked appts because they were so delayed but then you don’t get in for another month. It may be a scheduling fix, or maybe needing another doctor to carry the patient load. Again I am unsure. We do love the staff but the tardiness of the appointments is becoming a big issue. Just something to be mindful of.

They were able to get my daughters scheduled quite quickly and were able to take care of some problems that they had with their teeth pretty immediately when I thought I'd have to wait days, if not weeks to get them in. I am beyond grateful that they were able to work with me so quickly and everyone I spoke with was beyond professional and kind. I was behind on getting my children in for a dentist appt. and was concerned about judgement/shame but there was none. Just kindness, understanding and promptness. It was a relieving visit and the girls are even excited about going back for their next cleaning.

I love coming here and taking my kids here. Their wait area has these cool arcade games that my kids love to play while they wait, and I love it here because they don't make you feel judged for the way your teeth look. They are also so kind with making appointments and make you feel welcomed. I honestly love it here even though I get dental anxiety 🙃

My daughter recently fell and injured her teeth. We found the first pediatric dentist that showed up and this office is amazing!! They were so patient with my daughter, treated her like a princess and were so gentle. I cannot recommend them enough.

I absolutely Love this place, Dr Sarah it’s amazing! She’s so caring with me and my son. I was seen also by Amanda and absolutely loved her, we were giggling and laughing throughout my appointment, she’s so smart and fun. She was explaining everything without me asking and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely will be back.

Dr. Sarah is so sweet, full of joy, and gentle with each patient. She truly cares, and listens to each and every person with a genuine heart. If you need a wonderful dentist, with amazing bedside manner- go to Love That Smile!!

Dr Sarah was and is amazing. We had an emergency over the holiday and she and her assistant came in right away for our son. She even got him ice cream on the way. She and the staff are amazing and I can’t recommend them enough. Thankful for her heart for her patients.
