Affiliated Dentists

I do not recommend this dentist because of poor customer service. My children went to this dentist for awhile. When I took my children today for their scheduled appointment, I was told my appointment time had been given to someone else. The receptionist told me they called me at work to confirm my appointment, but they did not leave a message. However, they did reschedule the appointment for someone else. I kept my end of the deal: scheduled time off work, picked up the kids early from school to meet their early afternoon appointment, and I was on time. Still, I was turned away without apology. If getting the run-around means nothing to you, then this may be the dentist for you. I will take my business elsewhere, though, and I recommend you do the same. There are definitely others in town that deliver great customer service. Affiliated Dentists, however, does not.

If I could give 0 stars I would.... worse dentist I ever have had. Got a root canal done and it was still hurting almost a year after and the dentist told me that "I was slicing my gums when I flossed." Oh and not to mention my boyfriend was sitting in the lobby and over heard the dentist say "she is waisting my time." Went to a new dentist because my root canal still hurting and I knew it wasn't because of slicing my gums. And I was correct. Would not recommend them at all.

Dr. Benjamin Webber and his staff at Affliated Dentists are exceptional. They provided excellent service and care.

Great customer service and very comfortable and nice people. I haven't been to the dentist in years so I was super nervous and they made my experience perfect I couldn't of asked for better!!

Amazing place and people! My whole family comes here and they are always so friendly and make the experience so easy! Wouldn't go anywhere else! 🙂
