I had a good experience at this office after coming in a few times for check ups. I switched health insurances and it was a smooth process to ensure my new provider would be accepted all before I came in for a dental cleaning! Everyone was helpful and friendly from the moment you walk in and when you’re out. You get called in fairly quickly after checking in, which is amazing. Plus, I appreciated the follow up calls about future appointments.

The poor work ethic this office has is terrible! The receptionist has no manners to treat a senior patient giving my mother attitude over what she was being charged, not offering an invoice of what was charged nor an invoice of how much the new procedure would cost! To top it off the DDs that first started working on my mothers teeth and specialist that extracted a tooth were phenomenal and recommended to come back to start working on her dentures, which I agreed to since they were so pleasant and very professional treating my mom. The appointment for today 6/12/25 to get the impressions done was horrible there was a new DDs doctor claiming to be the owner and claiming the previous dds doctors are her employees and that from now on she will be attending my mom, this DDs is now telling my mother a whole different story and persisting on scheduling a surgery to shave the gums bone to get the dentures started, and insisting to only get the bottom denture. Now it turns out the price she is giving my mother is completely different compared to what the first two DDs doctors had quoted, so when my mom questioned the surgery and the difference in price this DDs owner disrespectfully asked my mother do you know how old are you? Do you remember your birth date? Basically insinuating my mother cannot remember anything! Although my mom is 78 she is a very intelligent sharp senior and DOES NOT suffer dementia. Now when it came to schedule a follow up appointment my mother asked the receptionist preferably on a Thursday the receptionist in a bad mood said "we do not open on Thursdays" lord give me patience!!! today is Thursday 6/12/25 how dare you say you are closed on Thursdays when she just had come out from today’s appointment. I’d finish by saying we are paying out of pocket for each procedure because the insurance my mother has is not accepted. I was there for the first visit which was great and pleasant but as of today’s visit my brother was there with my mother just to witness the lack of professionalism and poor service.
