There have been some noticeable changes since the office management transition. The office itself got a makeover. The staff seems better trained. And they’ve installed a new equipment. As an engineer, I appreciate the use of the latest and greatest technology. They now use a CBCT and an intraoral scanner for better pictures of the teeth and jaw. This makes me feel more confident about the condition of my oral health.

Dr. Jessica Devera is phenomenal, kind, communicative, and highly knowledgeable. Both her and her team go above and beyond to make sure clientele is taken care of, feels comfortable, and is well informed about what’s being done. The entire office is all around superb in communication, customer service, management, organization, and compassion. They have given nothing short of a 5 star review worthy care! If I could I’d give them 7 stars!

DESIREE is the best dental hygienist ever! As someone who is usually anxious about dental appointments, I really appreciated her gentle touch and constant check-ins to ensure I was comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone with sensitive teeth or dental anxiety. I am incredibly impressed with her professionalism. I received an email requesting feedback about my experience 1/5/26. I was in office to support my husband during his dental surgery appointment. I’ve known I need my upper wisdom teeth removed for over a decade but never got around to it. Asked the staff about scheduling an appointment while I was waiting, they needed to do panoramic x ray and they saw me within ~1.5 hrs to complete it as well as wisdom removal consultation with Dr. A during that time. They offered to complete the extraction same day as a convenience towards my schedule, provided cost estimate quickly. Dr A explained thoroughly what the procedure entails, what I should feel and when I should feel it before proceeding. Completely numbed the areas well, I didn’t feel a thing. We all even shared a chuckle or two during the extraction, and I was provided thorough home care instructions. It was the most pleasant experience I could imagine getting my teeth pulled out of my jaw with no sedation and the staff were super accommodating with the schedule which was much appreciated.

As much as I miss Dr Yuri, I was so glad to see that Kristin is still working. It’s like seeing family. My visits with her are always pleasant and painless. The new doctor was very thorough and explains everything well. She listens to my concerns and helps me make wise decisions regarding my dental needs. Welcome Dr D! Looking forward to my next visit Kristin.
