I had an appointment this morning, and I was very happy with the care I received! I haven’t seen a dentist since before COVID, and it was my first time at smiles forever dental, so I was nervous. Luckily I had a wonderful experience from initial scheduling to the end of my appointment. Dr. Tran and her staff are really kind, professional, and timely. I appreciate them for making my experience less stressful!

this place billed my insurance before it was even active and billed me for some dental procedures such as a deep cleaning and root canal that I never received. when I went back in person to confront them they said it was a mistake. yeah ok a mistake then the more questions I asked the more their story didn't add up. the owner of the dental office lost his cool and started acting very aggressive toward me all because I asked for my dental records and started asking questions.

After my cleaning was finished, Dr. Trandai came in and brought up that I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed after I asked him if Insurance covered it he got mad and said he will refuse to treat me if I don’t get my wisdom teeth removed and that I am Abusing the system by only going to get my teeth without knowing anything about how my insurance works. Someone that displays that level of ignorance should not be able to obtain a dental license. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I went to somewhere they refer i going to specialist because my wisdom teeth hard to take out, shout out to Doctor Minh , only 5 mins im done
