I just had my first visit at Ore Dental Studio - Wicker Park. The front desk employee was so kind and welcoming. Check-in was easy and my hygienist quickly brought my back. I had to get pictures, x-rays, and a few other checks, which were quick and painless. My hygienist explained any concerns with my teeth/ gums and did a great cleaning. The doctor came for a quick check and was also very kind. I'm happy to have found a great new dentist.

I've been a patient of Ora Dental for several years now and have always had pleasant experiences with the staff and my dentist, Dr. Thurston. Recently I had to have a crown completed and I reminded Dr. Thurston what a nervous dental patient I am. Dr. Thurston and his team really heard me and my concerns and I believe they went above and beyond to calm my nerves and anxiety and made me feel more comfortable with the process. It's even hard for me to believe that I'm about to state this, but..... the procedure was not that bad. Kudos to them.

It’s always a nice experience visiting Ora Dental. Today was my first appointment with Vanessa dental hygienist, and she was very good. The front office staff are always smiling And very helpful. I got some good information from them today..

I don't think I'd ever expect to give such a good review of a dentist office. Super clean, the friendliest staff, what felt like very thorough cleanings. They are happy to describe everything they were doing, issues they saw, and course of actions to fix anything. Set up my 6-month as soon as I could and can't wait to go back.

Have been going here for years, and recommend it highly. All the hygienists I've had over the years have been great, and Dr. Thurston is incredible. Am very grateful to have found such a good dentist in Chicago.

It's clear that patient care is a top priority here. I especially appreciate how gentle and thorough they are, whether it’s a routine cleaning or something more complex. I’ve never felt rushed, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who combines expertise with a truly compassionate approach.
