Dr. Emile and her staff went above and beyond to fit my mom into their schedule the past few days so that she can get her dental work done prior to her cardiac procedures coming up in a few days (after which her new meds would make her unable to get dental procedures done for 6 months). They expedited insurance review of my mom's service to make sure it's approved before she got them done. Then they fit her into the schedule for 2 appointments and then for her 3rd appt, they had her come in on a busy full-booked Friday and did her dental work between patients. Despite the busy Friday she had, Dr. Emily never rushed my mom, answered all questions, and explained things well. So, HUGE thanks to Lincoln Park Dentistry for their excellence in customer service, dental expertise, and in being overall great humans. I highly recommend them!

They cancelled my appointment due to an 'emergency', said they would reschedule. I call them a month later, they're still working through it. Seven months later nothing, I'll just go somewhere else...

I went here not listening to my children stating they didn't trust the place, I got a crown in the front of my mouth only 4 months ago and not it's not there anymore. Funny thing is I had a sandwich and if I hadn't tried to eat some good ole butter popcorn after I didn't know the tooth had came out. I have been trying to reach the dentist now for 3 days without success. I have found another dentist but it will be another 4 months before I can be seen so I need her to correct this situation or do something until my appointment with a facility that I know will be able to help. If I can't get this resolved I do have a lawyer on standby that does this type of law. I must say I kinda like the dentist but did in the middle get a feeling she did not know all she needed to know for the procedure but I paid my money upfront not to have a bill later, and I felt I wouldn't be refunded.

The dental care here is the best I've experienced in Chicago. The dentist is up-to-date on the latest techniques. She always discusses what we'll be doing and why. There is no up-selling or other marketing techniques. Her clinical manner is professional and caring at the same time. The staff also is knowledgeable and helpful. And the prices are very reasonable. I'm really glad I found these guys

Hate to write this about a dentistry but these guys are real bad. If you get an appointment (I had to go into the office as they don’t answer phones or return voicemails). Once I went to get a filling, but they messed it up so bad I had to go back and get it chiseled down as it hurt my biting. Then they charged me for fixing their mistake. I’d stay away

Dr. Emile and her staff at Lincoln Park Dentistry are top notch! I have a complicated dental case and have seen Dr. Emile about eight times over the past three months. She has performed deep cleaning and repaired numerous cavities and did core build up on a couple of my front teeth already. I am very happy that I found her. SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY. I've written less than 10 online reviews my whole life, but this was literally the worst healthcare experience I've ever had. Called to schedule an appointment. Receptionist gave me a time, asked to have my insurance fax them info. Also asked me to call back for more patient info. I'm a doc myself, rearranged patients and had someone cover me to make this appointment. I did call back 2 days before the appointment, and she said she never scheduled me because I didn't call back earlier, now schedule is full. Absolutely terrible communication, then blamed me for it. That wasn't even the worst part. When I finally was able to get another appointment, they don't even clean my teeth. They say due to covid they can't use their regular tools, so the hygenist puts the paste stuff on and that's it (hygenist was very nice btw). Yet, they then say I need a deep cleaning, which was going to cost $2000 (half covered by insurance), and for that their tools become magically covid-safe. Shared the specifics with my cousin who's a dentist and he said I don't need a deep cleaning, just start flossing regularly and get rechecked before shelling out that much. When I called after my appointment to try to understand this, receptionist gave me totally made up information, then doc came on and said maybe I'm not a good fit for their practice. Well, he's definitely right about that. I hope this place goes out of business.
