I've been going to Dr. Palsis for 12 years (since before he opened his practice) and I've consistently had a wonderful experience with him and his staff. He's very conservative about dental work recommendations and I love that. Even though he's not a pediatric dentist I took my 3 (nearly 4) yr old to him yesterday for the first time and my kid had a very positive experience. The treasure chest surprise at the end was also wonderful and reminded me of my own experience going to my dentist as a kid. I always recommend this practice to family and friends.

Every patient in Chicago should see Dr. Palsis. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Palsis explained everything clearly and made my experience completely anxiety-free. I highly recommend Lincoln Dental Lounge.

The best experience I've ever had at the dentist!! I had a negative experience elsewhere three years ago and put off going in for my cleanings and exam, but finally decided to try this place because of the great reviews, and it was such a fabulous experience from start to finish! Korey the hygienist was SO NICE and immediately put my mind at ease, and Dr. Palsis was so genuine and transparent and he fixed the chips in my front teeth so SO perfectly!! Dare I say... I am excited for my next visit ?!?!? 11/10 highly recommend to everyone!!

Dr. Palsis is fabulous! You cannot wish for a better dentist. I searched for a new dentist's office for a while and came across great reviews, leading to my first visit with Dr. Palsis. Everyone was so nice, from the first call scheduling my appointment to when I walked into the office. Dr.Palsis is very patient and super professional; you can tell he cares about his patients. His assistant was great; she made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. The hygienist is wonderful. She was gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. If you are looking for a professional and kind dentist, this is your place! The entire team is fantastic! Thank you!

Dr. Palsis and the crew at Lincoln Dental are all so kind, knowledgeable, and gentle! As someone with a lot of dental anxiety, it means SO much to have such a caring and knowledgeable group of people taking care of me.

I’m recommending all of my friends and family here! Dr Palsis and his team were all so friendly and considerate. For the cleanings it was completely painless and he takes time during his exam. I usually go to the dentist once year but I made my next appointment for 6 months from now because it was such a great experience. So glad I found this place! And they give out such cute goodie bags 😊

Patient Nassima: I visited this dental office for the first time on 5/20 for a routine cleaning and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to a lack of transparency regarding costs and insurance coverage. I completed all of my paperwork and provided my insurance information two months before my appointment. When I arrived, I specifically asked the front desk if there was anything regarding my benefits and whether they needed my insurance card or anything else from me. I was told "No". I even have text messages confirming that I asked if anything was needed and she missed the opportunity to communicate that something was not going to be covered during my visit. During my appointment, the hygienist informed me that they were going to do a full mouth X-ray series, but at no point did anyone disclose that this procedure might not be covered by insurance, discuss the cost, or give me the option to decline. Had the office been transparent "they had 2months to review my benefits" I would have gladly transferred my recent X-rays from my previous dentist or at the very least made an informed decision after knowing the cost. Instead, I later received an insurance claim stating that X-ray were not covered and that I would be responsible for paying a considerable amount out of pocket. When I contacted my insurance, I was told that the dental office can see very well through the system that this X-ray series would not be covered based on the paperwork information/filled out forms I had already provided months earlier. That makes the lack of communication even more frustrating. What felt especially unprofessional was that neither the hygienist/dentist nor anyone else discussed the cost of a non-covered procedure before proceeding. Looking back, there was a strange dynamic in the office around avoiding cost-related conversations, and now I understand why. I do not plan to return due to the lack of transparency around costs. Prioritizing charging client over building trust with a patient says everything someone needs to know.
