The best dental care I have ever received! The entire staff is professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. Each person I interact with makes me feel at ease and my questions are always answered thoroughly. Not only are the staff members experienced and totally focused on the patients but the atmosphere also puts me at ease, which is important since going to the dentist can sometimes be a little anxiety inducing.

Fresh Dental is great and I truly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Kim! She is very good at explaining what she's doing and why and keeping the patient comfortable. I even needed to get a cavity filled and I would say it was probably the easiest I've ever had in my life. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a dentist!

This was my first time at the dentist office and I must say this place is great. Doctor Kim was wonderful and explained everything clearly, one thing I can say is this doctor's office is very detailed when it comes to your exam. The hygienist did great on my X-rays and she was courteous and kind sorry I don't remember her name. The two front desk ladies were nice and explained my treatment plan clearly. Will definitely recommend this office. 😊😊😊😊

I had an amazing appointment with Dr. Michelle Lee at Fresh Dental. The entire experience was genuinely great. They were gentle with my teeth and walked me through every step. They put the X rays on a large screen in front of me which made it easy to follow along, and they explained exactly which teeth needed work in a clear and interactive way. The team was patient and thorough, and they made sure I understood everything. As a Chicago transplant whose old dentist was on the east coast, I am really happy with the care I received and confident in the people I chose to work with. I will definitely be coming back in a few months for my next cleaning! Update: I came back to get a filling, and it went great! Fresh Dental are fantastic and I’ll continue to keep coming back 🙂

Fresh Dental is a top tier place to get your dental work done. Every visit feels welcoming and efficient, while also helpful and honest. When I’ve needed work done it gets scheduled quickly after a check-up, and I always leave feeling like it was a positive experience. The whole team of hygienists are great and don’t make the cleanings painful, and the team of Drs are all professional, kind and even laugh at my jokes that aren't that funny. All and all, have been really happy to go here for the last few years and will continue to go here moving forward!

I highly recommend Fresh Dental for those looking to set up dental care in the northern Chicago area! I got 2 fillings done and Dr. Kim was extremely thorough and detailed. She took her time to get the shape perfect for my bite. I was nervous about it hurting, but even the numbing shots were painless. The cleaning was also very thorough and painless. She did a great job walking me through my dental hygiene without making me feel bad or worried about it! They were also transparent about the costs. Can’t recommend enough. 🙂
