Dental Salon

This is hands down my favorite dental office in the city. I’ve been coming here for over seven years now and they make me feel remembered and welcomed every single visit. I’ve tried other dental offices because I moved to the southside, but I always find myself coming back here because making my way to this clinic is always worth it. The receptionist is always so kind, accommodating, and patient when it comes to breaking down my bill and answering any questions I have. Everyone here from the medical assistants to the hygienists to the doctors are absolutely amazing. The care, professionalism, and overall atmosphere are unmatched. The vibes here truly make such a difference and make going to the dentist feel comfortable instead of stressful. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that genuinely cares about their patients.

The team at Dental Salon in Chicago provides an exceptional dental experience from start to finish. They work seamlessly with our insurance provider and are always professional, accommodating, and transparent with treatment options and pricing. That level of care is exactly why I’ve recommended them to more than eight of my family and friends, and every one of them has been extremely happy with their experience. Whether it’s routine cleanings, dental exams, or more involved procedures, the quality of care is consistently top-notch. They’re also open on weekends, which makes scheduling incredibly convenient for anyone with a busy schedule. Wishing continued success to the entire Dental Salon team. And as a bonus, the view is spectacular and somehow makes a dental visit a lot more enjoyable. Who doesn’t love that?

I genuinely cannot recommend this dentist office more, a specifically Dr Reddy for any major dental work. I had to get my front tooth extracted which was absolutely horrifying and scary and I really didn’t want to do it. Dr Reddy couldn't have been more kind, intelligent, understanding and knowledgeable. There are a lot of steps in the process and he walked me through everything and constantly made sure I was OK with each step. I am so so happy I went to him for this procedure and everything has gone really really well. I can’t imagine how tedious it is to get the implant in the right place and he’s done everything perfectly. All of the staff are so nice and attentive and have completely taken away my experience of being terrified of going to the dentist.

The tooth polishing could have been better. When I got home, I took a good look in my bathroom mirror. I had to Google this one - it’s the "lingual" surface. The inside of my bottom front row of teeth… the area where many of us unfortunate souls collect a lot of plaque? I noticed there’s still some staining. From what I could see, there’s a hint of light colored brown. Earl Grey or any black tea cream is a definite must. Wine? Every year I do "Dry January"…. Just sayin’

I have been going to Dental Salon for a few years and have always had a positive experience. Their facilities are modern and clean and the staff is always friendly. They also validate parking in the attached garage which is a huge convenience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional dentist practice.

Dental Salon has been wonderful! A week following a crown lengthening procedure, I had a concern and Dental Salon was able to see me within a couple hours of my call. All okay, healing well, and they completely set my mind at ease. Thank you!

I went in for a dental filling and was told it was an hour appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and they started around 15 minutes after I checked in which is fine. After the doctor finished the first tooth, she went out and left me waiting for over half an hour. When she finally came back, she apologized and said she had to examine 2 patients. She asked me if I was still numb but how would I know if she didn't do anything with the tooth? When she started filling my second tooth, the anesthesia already worn off and I felt horrible pain. I had to get more anesthesia shots. I asked them if they were going to charge me for the extra shots because it’s their fault that left me waiting for so long that the anesthesia wore off. They started laughing at me saying "no, did you get charged for extra anesthesia shots previously?" I felt pretty uncomfortable. The entire appointment took over 2 hours. They should make sure the appointments are spread out and they shouldn’t double book the doctor to see patients while doing filling. I had no pain before the filling but the I’m in pain for over a week now after the filling. It could be because the doctor had to finish the filling in a hurry because she’s always so busy and I saw her run in the clinic. The corporate should stop over stressing their employees.
