The Absolute best place to get your teeth fix same day no appointments; they took Medicare and Meridian insurance. I was in and out in less than an hour, the Dentist Dr. O and Shanica were very polite and made my visit for fillings and extraction not just business but a learning experience.

My visit today at Chatham Dental Care was very positive polite and professional. Doctor Orrington is very tough and direct, no nonsense type of man. I trust his second opinion and will accept his referrals for Periodontist and Endodontist providers. I look forward to my next visits. The two employees at front desk were very professional and helpful. Excellent. Athena and Shanica were awesome. Thank You

They need to close this place down . The doctor need to retire he’s very up In age All the doctor did was count my teeth and say I needed 2 pulled . I came in for a cleaning and to see if I need braces they refused to clean my teeth because they was trying to go home . They tried to make it seem like they had to send off paper work first befor cleaning my teeth. After he counted my teeth he left and a hurry which is so unprofessional . They was in the back gospeling about other patients. I don’t know why you go this location I should have to the place I was going to go to at first but I came here cause I leave down the street.

While the front desk staff was kind, their overall appearance was unprofessional, and as the first people you see, presentation matters. The dentist greeted me completely covered—mask, shield, goggles, and glasses—so I couldn’t even see his face or make a connection. His communication style felt unprofessional and borderline condescending. When I asked questions, he often didn’t know the answers and had to "go check," which didn’t inspire confidence. After all of that, the work he did wasn’t done correctly the first time and had to be fixed. Moral of the story: stay far away from this place. This was not the level of professionalism, care, or respect any patient deserves.

The nurses and dentist were great. Made me feel comfortable and helped me out with my nervousness!
