I've had nothing but positive experiences at Bright Dental. They're really gentle and understand people's fears of dentistry so they go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. I've always had a good experience with the staff at every level. Note: They only take PPO's for your dental insurance. 😄

Very friendly staff, and Dr Choi took time to explain the dental issue I had, and offer me choices. I’m particularly grateful for her rapid intervention, and her professionalism. Yet she’s a very warm person that seems to really care for her patients’ wellbeing. This was my first visit, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

SO happy I found this place everyone did an amazing job and made me feel so seen and listened to all my questions and concerns. They took the time to have someone sit with me and break down all pricing options. I also love that instead of going straight for fillings they introduced me to a less invasive option which was SO appreciated.

This was my first time attending this dentist and I was nervous due to having a bad experience from a first time dentist before. However, I was recommended by a family friend who had a beautiful smile. Although I had no doubts upon entering the facility I was still apprehensive. There were beautiful smiles to welcome me upon entering the office. The environment was clean full of literature and items to assist customers as they waited pamphlets that could assist with one who may have fear, water, chargers, etc. The staff was very pleasant tones were awesome eye contact was made and meeting the Dentist Dr. Chae was a pleasure. The dentist was patient, He showed empathy, respect, and concerned about how I felt at all times.The assistant was client conscious and a joy through it all we even had a few laughs. I think I’m staying!!!

This is the place to actually get care for your teeth. So many dentistry offices are just churning patients for the sake of reimbursement without long term care in mind. I was looking for a small town office vibe where the doctor actually cares and recommends things based on your needs. They caught a cavity and a chip that I thought was simply a stain and no other doctor ever paid attention to it. They are also scheduling follow up for my deep cleaning to make sure my gums are healing well. I couldn't get that even if I begged to pay out of pocket at other offices. At other offices no one bothered to even tell me what areas need deep clean and what areas don't. The hygienist is so kind! He sensed that I was nervous and offered the weighted cover (x-ray vest) to ease my anxiety. I feel so cared for by these folks!

I had a frustrating experience with this dentist. One of the their younger male dentists filled my cavity and even tried to fix it and failed. I was in pain for months. Finally I got back from traveling- he tried again- it didnt work. Then one of their older more experienced female dentists DID fix it. But they offered no refund or compensation for the amount of time I wasted and pain I was in. They need to supervise their young dentists more. I do believe the older female dentist knew what she was doing.

I am a relatively new patient and I am so grateful to have found a compassionate and skilled dental practice in my neighborhood. Dr. Chae was very understanding as I went through my spotty dental history. My cleaning with Abdon was superbly meticulous and painless. Making an appt with Laura couldn't be easier and I appreciated the prompt appt reminders via text. Thanks Bright Dental!
