I very much like Dr. Alexis and her staff, especially EJ. I did Invisalign express here and I’m happy with the results. Whenever I had questions or concerns about my tracking during the process they were answered well. Ultimately I am happy with the treatment and would recommend them to anyone looking for a welcoming dentist.

Truly the best dentist office I have ever been to. Sooo friendly!! They explain everything in detail and have the best bedside manners along the way. Couldn't recommend anyone better!

Dr Yoon is efficient, honest, and caring. I've had a lot of trips to the dentist in my lifetime and I feel very comfortable here. 10/10 experience. The staff is all wonderful and very professional as well.

I had a fantastic first visit! I appreciated that they showed me pictures of my teeth to explain what they needed to work on. Everyone was personable and efficient. I'm glad I found such a great dentist in Chicago.

I’ve been a patient here for over a year and this is the best dentist office I have been to. Dr. Youn is really involved in treatment, very communicative and transparent, fit in one of my referrals quickly for an emergency, and is on top of it. Not jumping up and down for dental appointments but at least I know I’m in good hands.

Last night my spouse couldn’t sleep because of the pain. This morning she called her doctor, Dr. Alexis, and told her that she was on the way from the North Suburbs and could not tolerate the pain anymore. Unfortunately, the doctor said she could not see her for now and told her to come on Monday. It’s like a joke—she asked her to wait three days with the pain she is experiencing. I can never recommend such an insensitive doctor.
