I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Perez at 606 Dental in Humboldt Park! He was extremely patient and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I really appreciated how advanced and comfortable their process was, especially when getting my new mouthguard. There was no messy, gummy mold material like at other offices; everything was high-tech and digital, which made the experience so much easier. I’m so happy I found my new dentist! Highly recommend 606 dental!

Loved our visit! The office is super clean and Doctor Perez was very welcoming and professional. My daughter came in for a filling on her front tooth. Doctor Perez made her feel so comfortable and reassuring her that she’s in good hands. He did a great job and definitely coming back again.

Fantastic doc. Great experience with him. Unlike others he charges about $250-300 for retainers which, after having braces 15+ years ago and finally needing news ones is an incredible rate for the Chicago area. They were done in less than a week and it’s all digital so the fit is perfect the first time around, was highly skeptical but take my word for it they’re great! Look for parking on the streets off California and it’s free.
