Crossroads Dental

This office disappoints. It you have a balance. You will not get serviced. I had been a patient since 2016. Called for an appt. They were at lunch. Called back 2 days later . Was told by desk person that I didn’t get a call back for an appointment because I had a balance .. she didn’t if I would be paying. Glad I wasn’t in any pain. She didn’t care enough ther way. Not good.

The staff is so friendly, polite, and patient! My Service was quick I even got two appointments in one day. Justine was very helpful with guiding me on what I should get and she scheduled me as soon as she was able to for each visit. My dentists were very comforting and easy going. I was given so many helpful tips and alternatives for my teeth. 10/10 highly recommend they have been my favorite dentistry!

Dr Lanier is very unprofessional; she didn't even greet me when she walked through the door like she had a chip on her shoulder. Made me feel very uneasy. Upon paying, they couldn't decide on my payment and seemed confused about my insurance. Will never, ever go back to that place.

They are awesome!!!!! Jennifer the manager told me that they would take care of me and they did!! They are very friendly, and informative. I always feel important and really like family. They really care about their patients. My Doctor Evans and her Assistant Melvin are an awesome team!! 🌟☺️ The front desk associates are so patient and understanding. What a great place to come and put your faith in them to deliver you a fabulous smile. Thank you so much for making me smile again. ☺️🙏🏽❤️🎶🎶

I’ve used crossroads dental before but did not like the previous dentist. It felt like all he wanted was money because the procedures totalled an amount I could not afford. I decided to give Crossroads another chance and I am glad I did. Dr. Evans is my new dentist and she is a sweetheart. She did the same exam the previous dentist did and the cost for procedures needed is less than half of what I was previously quoted. The front desk staff, Virginia and Crystal, are very friendly and professional. Allison, Dr. Evans’ assistant is friendly and funny. They managed to get me in for a cleaning the same day as my exam and Linda, the dental hygienist made the cleaning process really easy and calmed my nerves because going to the dentist is not a favourite for me. Overall, my experience was amazing and I’m not one to review but everyone needs to know that the staff at this dental office is fantastic! Thank you very much for making me not fear visiting the dentist.

Went for a dental exam due to pain on the lower part of my mouth. It's been so hard to find a new dental home, but this place is beyond professional and I truly love their hospitality. The dental assistant was amazing and Dr Evans was nice and compassionate and it really made me grateful that out of all the dentist establishments my insurance company provided me, I chose this establishment. I am beyond pleased with how well they took care of me and made me feel comfortable during my visit.

Absolutely love this dental office! The staff has always been nice and friendly since my very first appointment. I began my Invisalign journey with this office and I do not regret it at all! They care about their patients and listens closely to concerns which results in excellent customer service. Love them!
