The service has been great, everyone I've interacted with has been kind and caring, I've never had to wait more than a 1-2 minutes upon arriving, and the pricing feels honest and transparent. I can’t say enough good things about Uptown Charlotte Smiles. After moving around quite a bit, I’ve had my fair share of dentist offices where I felt rushed or like just another name on a schedule, so my expectations were honestly pretty low going in. This place completely changed that. Dr. Moore and the entire team are welcoming, personable, and genuinely focused on making you feel comfortable from start to finish. But I especially want to highlight Christina, my hygienist. She is phenomenal. She explains everything clearly, takes her time, and actually engages in conversation, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed and human instead of transactional. I always leave feeling like she did a truly thorough job and never once feel rushed. For the first time in a long time, I’m not disappointed after finding a new dentist. Great Dentist! Staff is professional and kind. Work is natural and they create a youthful bright smile. Latest equipment and near painless work. Office is pleasant and comfortable Have been going here for about 15 years left for 2 due to a move on my part but so happy I returned.
