Harlow Dental at 7th Street

This was my first visit, and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, responsive, and welcoming. They explained each step of the process before beginning, which made me feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Harlow took the time to ensure I felt at ease throughout the visit.

I am a new patient of Harlow Dental. I can honestly say it’s one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had. The staff is very efficient and friendly. My hygienist, was amazing. And I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr. Kumar I look forward to many years of great care at Harlow Dental.

I’ve had some pretty awful experiences in the past with other dentist, but this one changed my perspective. The whole staff was caring, and made sure I was ok throughout the visit. My anxiety was through the roof before going in, and when I was leaving I realized how calm I felt. They helped me schedule my appointment with the oral surgeon they referred me to. They made sure my I was taken care of completely. I appreciate that from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, they made sure all was well, with genuine smiles and true passion for their job! I’m a new patient at Harlow Dental. The staff is very friendly and professional. I really appreciated the front desk staff explaining my insurance coverage and orientating me to the practice. My hygienist was thorough and gentle; and my dentist was helpful, informative, professional and friendly. And they have convenient free parking!

Excellent visit! I was a new patient and the staff was so nice and friendly from the person who greeted me upon entering the office to the person who checked me out at the end of my visit. I went in because of a loose tooth, i met with the dental assistant and the dental hygienist whom both was very attentive in doing their jobs all the while assisting my fair base babbling. Once Dr Harlow came in, he explained what the problem was & all options to me in a way I could understand, he answered my questions without making me feel small. I have found a new dental home.

The most pleasant root canal ever the doctor was amazing and her help was too! The whole experience was awesome thank you all for making me comfortable.I was nervous but it soon went away thank you.

Anxious about the dentist? Don’t worry with Harlow! I just moved to Charlotte and have major dentist anxiety. I had a crown prep today and it was very easy with no issues! The doctor listened when I said I wanted extra novocaine and even monitored my reactions and anxiety during the procedure. No zingers! I definitely recommend Harlow to anyone !
