Hausauer Heidi K DDS

Dr. Heidi has been my dentist for at least 15 yrs. She and her staff are the best. Her hygenist's have helped me improve my gum numbers from 5s and 6s to 2s and 3s. I moved from Castro Valley 10 yrs ago but I am happy to make the drive: she has been able to spot potential problems before they develop and take care of them

Dr Hausauer is the best dentist I've ever been treated by. She is professional, thorough, and caring. Her staff are all friendly and helpful. Dr, Hausauer uses the latest technology and equipment. She is very responsive to a patients pain concerns. I've never had a procedure done that was painful, including crown replacements and cavities! Also, if you're a little leery of going to the dentist as I was, Dr. Hausauer proved to be sensitive and compassionate. Our whole family sees Dr. Hausauer. I highly recommend her for both adults and children.

Heidi has been my dentist for sometime and I couldn't be more pleased. She is very knowledgeable and uses the latest equipment to help spot problems (particularly important for an old guy!). She explains things very well, let's me know what to watch out for and suggests helpful off-the-shelf products. She doesn't pressure me to buy things I don't need or want (like some dentists I've had in the past). She is always pleasant and friendly. The staff is also great. They are always on top of things and a pleasure to deal with.

It's hard to find a good , honest dentist. Dr. Heidi Hausauer exceeded my expectation.Her staff is very polite and friendly, the office nice and clean. I am her patient since 2014. I wish I were her patient much, much earlier.

I was overdue for a dental check-up and contemplating taking our 7 year old for her first at the same time when I cracked a tooth. I kept hearing how excellent Dr. Heidi & their team were, in addition to seeing her all over the community donating countless hours and service for people in need. I called her just after they closed, (surprised she luckily answered after closing) and explained about my tooth, and she said she happened to be there doing paperwork anyway—come by since she’s out tomorrow teaching a dentistry class at the college—and she’ll take a look. I explained to her that I had a painful experience years ago in a different country that kept me from returning to a dentist until now, and she sat me down and fixed the chip after hours and I was pleasantly surprised at how painless the process actually was. Shari was awesome there as well. I can’t think of too much left unsaid…..Awesome team, Awesome dentist, and Cares more about others more than I’ve ever seen anywhere! I would recommend Dr. Heidi Hausauer on Castro Valley Blvd to anybody I know!

I have been looking for a new dentist in the area and this is the best I've been to .Dr. and her staff were accommodating and took extremely good care of their patients. I received a treatment plan that was explained thoroughly and suited my particular situation. I could not be happier with my decision. The care, service and results here are great. The office is extremely sterile and clean which is very important to me. I highly recommend this office.
