Creative Dimensions in Dentistry

A horrible place. I went there some time ago, and they told me that my insurance would cover everything. Later, I was shocked to discover that they hadn't submitted the pre-authorization for my treatment, and they sent me a bill for $1,000. It is a disgusting, unprofessional place that I would never return to. They don't do their jobs correctly; when I confronted them, they claimed that my insurance hadn't covered it after all—even though it *did* cover it, and they had simply forgotten to send the necessary documentation to the insurance company. Yet, right before they treated me, I had specifically asked about the costs, and they told me there wouldn't be any. They are absolute idiots.

I’ve been a patient at this practice for many years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The attitude and overall dynamic of the office has severely declined. What used to be a reliable, welcoming, and well-run practice no longer feels that way. The front office staff came across as unprofessional and dismissive, and communication felt rushed and unfriendly. This was a noticeable change from the level of courtesy and care I had experienced in the past. I was also surprised by the dentist’s demeanor. Their tone was curt and condescending, and I did not feel listened to or treated with the respect and attention patients deserve. Additionally, I had trouble returning a night guard that was not made with the material I originally requested. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was met with unnecessary pushback, which was frustrating as a long-time patient. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously. After many years of consistent, positive experiences, it’s disappointing to see the decline in professionalism and patient care. I truly hope they work to restore the quality and respect that once defined this office

I'm grateful for the good care and service every time at Creative Dimensions in Dentistry. Walter did a great job with my cleaning and inspired me to get more serious about flossing. Dr Elie also gave me great care and determined what needed attention with my teeth. Front desk staff is always kind and helpful.

Dr Sal always takes the time to explain procedures and her dental work is outstanding. she recently repaired several chipped front teeth and they look amazing!

Dr. Sal is amazing. She is a very careful and thoughtful professional. She is the only dentist I trust wholeheartedly. The entire dental hygienist staff are also professional and thorough.

I have been a patient of this dentist group for 52 years and Dr. Salehinia is the second dentist I have had in that time. She is the most skilled and knowledgeable dentist I have ever had. She is very passionate about her work and patients, and I have been very pleased with her work. Recently, however the group was acquired by others and has become in my opinion less personal and more profit driven. But Dr. Salehinia still remains and I will continue to have her as my dentist until she decides to retire at witch time I shall look elsewhere.

Dr. Salehinia is fantastic. I broke a tooth and was distressed about requiring a root canal/crown or going through the implant process. Dr. Salehinia was detailed in assessing my broken tooth, and the overall health and look of my teeth. Her knowledge and experience made me comfortable with the decision on how to proceed in replacing the broken tooth. I knew after the first appointment that she was one those great dentist that are hard to find (I’ve had a few of those that have now retired). I’m so glad to have found Dr. Salehinia. She will be my new dentist for years to come.
