Awesome service!! Dr. Ji is great!! She's very thorough in her explanation of the work that's going to be done. She's very kind, friendly, and above all, very professional. She goes out of her way to make the patient feel at ease. I had no pain during or after the procedure. Her assistant was also great, and knowledgeable, which makes the procedure go swifter. The office staff: Veronica and Jaaquoya were very nice and helpful also. This is a great place all around...kudos to all!!

Dr. Ji was absolutely amazing. I have always been extremely fearful of dental work, and this was my very first root canal experience. To my surprise, I ended up needing two root canals in the same visit, and I was incredibly anxious. From the moment she walked in, Dr. Ji was patient, compassionate, and reassuring. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and truly helped put me at ease. What shocked me most was that I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure. In past dental experiences, procedures often had to be stopped because of my sensitivity and discomfort, but this experience was completely different. Dr. Ji was gentle, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what she does. A few days after the procedure, I called the office with a concern, and she personally helped diagnose the issue over the phone and provided a solution that immediately reassured me. That level of care meant so much to me. I actually chose her office because of the positive reviews, and she absolutely lived up to them. I would highly recommend Dr. Ji to anyone in need of an endodontist, especially those who are nervous or highly sensitive to dental work.

I was very nervous coming into my appointment, but Dr. Ji and her staff made my experience comfortable, quick and painless! I truly recommend this office for anything regarding specialized root canals. Even the after care instructions were very thought out. Thanks again Dr. Ji!

I’ve had two root canals done by Dr.Ji. One was a retreat on an infected tooth and the other was just regular. The service provided was great. Dr.Ji was very patient and walk me through everything she was doing until the end. She also called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. Both root canals were affordable which I was pleased with. They sent everything over to my dentist and emailed everything that was done for that day. I recommend this place to everyone.
