I have been extremely grateful for my experience with HD Orthodontics. Dr Bous, the assistants and front office staff have always been welcoming, kind and supportive during my visits. Dr Bous has been patient with my questions and helped ease my fears at 70 years old needing braces following an accidental fall. At first I felt uncomfortable surrounded by so many young patients and the young orthodontic assistants! LoL! But, I learned they were very competent, professional and friendly. I have been thankful for the professional process, cleanliness of the facility, promptness with appointments and their ability to present a unified flow among all the staff. I required rebuilding of one broken tooth - Dr Bous was able to rebuild and secure it until my braces came off. Also, required gum graft surgery and he provided excellent referrals. I appreciate the attentive care! At my age, I feel like I’ve been given a gift to finally enjoy a smile with straight teeth! If you are older and needing orthodontic care, I encourage you to consider making the call - you will be in good hands!

My daughter Raven was the patient at HD Orthodontics in Canton and I couldn’t be more thankful for the amazing care she received. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and patient with her. They made her feel comfortable and explained everything in a way she could understand, which really helped calm her nerves. Doctor and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure Raven’s experience was positive from start to finish. The office is clean, organized, and runs so smoothly — we never had to wait long. I’m so impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and compassion they showed. Thank you to the whole team for treating Raven like family! I highly recommendto anyone looking for a caring and skilled orthopedic dental office.

My daughter started her treatment here when she was around 9 or 10. At first it was ok. But the assistants were not very talkative. As time progressed, the assistants just got more disrespectful. I felt very uncomfortable going in for follow ups. My daughter always complained every single time after an appt or shortly after that something was hurting not feeling right and so on. Our last appt here, there were some questions I had regarding treatment and the assistant held up her hand at me and was very rude and said you can ask the doctor and walked away. I then expressed my frustration to the orthodontist and he was not any friendlier and I was not after that either. Their interaction with people is appalling. You want to trust your provider and feel a sense of trust and care which we did not feel here. We then have switched orthodontists and our new one was not pleased with the phase of treatment my child received here. However, we are now very happy where we are and my daughters teeth look so amazing and she has not had any issues what so ever. I would never recommend Hudec Ortho to anyone.

Very friendly staff and Dr. I came in on the wrong day and they still fit my son in for his adjustment. Appointments are right on time if not early,which is nice for saving time. My sons smile looks amazing with 2 appointments remaining. Highly highly recommend.

I started taking my daughter here at 8 years old for early intervention on her teeth. This is a great orthodontist office. The front staff is helpful and friendly. The orthodontist assistants are very sweet and so gentle with her. The orthodontist himself is a very friendly, genuine guy. He is very good about keeping you informed and making sure you or your child get the best care. I’m so glad we went here!

The staff is amazing I absolutely love it here.my daughter and son both got braces and all the women are so nice and friendly and we love Dr Bous.im so thankful for them all 😊
