Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - Canton, OH

Very pleased with their practice. My adult son has autism and had very bad teeth. The dr who did the work was amazing he did such a good job. My son was comfortable with him and he came back many times. Now he has a beautiful smile.

I hate going to the dentist, but this place has made my experience so much better. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness. From the receptionist, the dentist,xray tech,and the manager all of them show so much compassion,empathy and kindness. They make sure you understand everything that's going on. They went above & beyond to get me the services I needed. My anxiety was calmed down because of how they handle their patients. I am very satisfied with the care I received at BrightNow of Medina.

I have been in so much pain for a couple months with my teeth. I originally went to aspen, they wanted so much money to fix my teeth that I didnt have! Yesterday I couldn't take the pain no more, everywhere I called that said same day emergency service was a joke! Bright now got me in same day in less then 2 hours. We discussed my options and they were by far the cheapest with the treatment plan I chose!! They were very nice I will definitely be going back to bright now and I would definitely recommend them!!

Was a first visit for a pre-op to one of the specialists. Contact and referral send in initially was great over the phone and email. Once there are first they indicated they needed everything I had already sent in saying if emailed to main office or someone not on duty could be a problem, then it was found. Brought back to the room and everyone was kind and very nice. Place itself needed some cleaning and a paint job to freshen up but all in all a good place and lovely people.

The employees at this location go out of there way to be kind and courteous I felt WELCOMED&RESPECTED,THEY ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS IN MY OPINION whom along with showing compassion, actually treat you like a fellow human being!! From the front desk staff &nurses up to the doctor/dentist I was seen by I CAN HONESTLY SAY IN THE BEST WAY THIS APPOINTMENT AND EXPERIENCE WAS UNLIKE EVERY OTHER DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE BEEN TO AS A PATIENT BOTH AS A CHILD AN ADULT THIS PLACE IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE AND 10/10 RECOMMEND FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS ESPECIALLY IF YOU’VE HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER DENTIST’S LIKE MYSELF OR HAVE INSURANCE THAT MOST PLACES DONT ACCEPT!! And Although there was a hour long wait from when my appointment was scheduled as a first time patient it was late in the evening 4:30-5:30 an even being under staffed for the amount of patients they definitely made up for it with uplifting and positive attitudes even though from over hearing there conversations had been working more than half the day& also suggested that if in a hurry or don’t want a super long wait to make morning appointments!!

I haven’t always taken the greatest care of my teeth. Instead of shaming me for it (which has been the case for years with my old dentists) they made me feel at peace and gave me hope that they’ll help me get my smile back (one that I’m not self conscious of). The female doctor was fantastic! Both her and the tech Bri made me laugh and had an overall good time! Haven’t been able to say that about a dentist ever. Also, in searching for a new dentist, I had a very hard time finding one that: accepts my Medicaid insurance, was accepting new patients, and wasn’t scheduling out months from now. After calling literally 30+ practices, I called Bright Now and they met all my needs and got me in to be seen 2 days after I called. Phenomenal customer service all around. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The wait in the waiting room took an hour but I’m not complaining because I was seen and that’s more than I can say for a lot of other local places.

Good dentists but terrible organizatioal attitude. Think twice before you go there. Here are the examples.... My temporary filling put on Friday came out at lunch on Monday. I asked for an appointment and the earliest they can look at it is 40 hours later on Wednesday. This is patient care at the lowest. The advertisement say same day emergency care 🙁 Two years ago the same thing happened. One of my crowns pulled out. I had to wait for two more months before anybody looked at it.
