I’ve gotten cleanings from a dozen or so dentists in the past 5 years and Dr. Tian is far away the most precise and efficient. I have sensitive gums and almost always bleed during cleanings. Not only did I not bleed, he was able to clean my entire mouth without poking my gums once. Nice guy, great dentist. Highly recommend.
I’ve been coming to Dr. Peter Tian on and off for a couple years. It started with a teeth cleaning, and I was impressed with his dexterity. Since then Dr. Tian has removed two impacted wisdom teeth, fixed a fractured teeth, performed root canal on my front tooth, and installed a permanent retainer for me. His wife runs the front desk and she’s super helpful. She printed out a list of bills for me so I can submit it for FSA/HSA reimbursement. His assistant is nice as well and they seem to make a good duo. I hesitated to let people know how good this place is but decided to share just in case there’s others looking for a good dentist in a convenient location near Central T stop.
Excellent doctor. Actually, Dr. Tian is the best dentist I have ever had work on my teeth. He explains everything. His wife, who does the scheduling, reception,and billing, is the nicest person I've dealt with in those capacities anywhere. If you're in search of an excellent dentist and an overall excellent experience, go to Courtyard Dental. I want to add that Dr. Tian's dental assistant is excellent, as well.
Dr. Tian is an excellent dentist. He explains what he is doing and procedures he recommends. From routine preventative care to crowns and root canals, he does an excellent job. His wife Lucy is an extremely nice person and makes an excellent receptionist.
I moved to Boston six months ago and went to Dr. Tian's office for a routine cleaning - service was rushed (was in and out in ~30 minutes). He took a panoramic x-ray, which I then requested a digital copy of (I wanted to switch dentists), but he said it would cost $35 to burn the x-rays to a CD. This is not standard practice, so beware before coming here.
Excellent dentist. Great skills. Reasonable rates. I've been his patient for many years.
