Malo… Malísimo!! Te mandan un mensaje que si llagas tarde o cancelas te cobrarán $100.00.. Llegó a tiempo y me hacen esperar 1 ahora sin atención.. me levanté y me vine.. Nada de profesionales… Muy irresponsables. Para nada los recomiendo.

Pros: the dentists here are very good. I've only done some fillings and limited evaluations. That said my fillings held up well and the evaluation was good. Cons: 1. Billing department. I first came to Lux about 5 years ago & decided to leave after 3 months because I was promised a free Invisalign consultation but ended up getting charged for it. I came back to Lux a few weeks ago because of an emergency & was told I have a balance from 5 years ago, about which I had received no communication. 2. Rude communication. The receptionist I met consistently treated me with no respect. She responded to every question I asked with impatience and annoyance. For everything I said that she thought didn't make sense, she completely disregarded my thoughts and simply restated what she knew. It was consistently a demoralizing and demeaning experience. Lux has the potential to be so good because the dentists are good, so it's a shame that everything else is such a stressful experience. Please fix it - dental work is already stressful enough.

This is the most human experience I've ever had at a dentist. Front desk, assistants, dentists. Appreciate the effort Dr. Ha has put into supporting clients it means a lot. 🙏

Lies to you about insurance coverage and revoke&charge you 3500+ extra after 5 months without fixing your tooth problem. When I came back and ask for a redo they charge for 300 dollars additional just to take a look at the problem for the same teeth. Threatening to sent to collections and lower your credit rating if not paying the "insurance difference" Please avoid at all costs.

I came here as a patient as first, loved the doctors. Had very good conversations with them, non dental related. Doctors are funny and knowledgeable. Front desk helped me schedule my next appointments, and call me for reminders. Helped give me treatment plans and payment plan options for my treatments. I recommend this place and trust them

We have been coming here for the past 4 years. Dr. Shu takes very good care of my children. They're only 3 and 4 right now so their appointments are just checking how many teeth they have, a standard brush and floride...but it's getting them in the routine so they wont be afraid of the dentist later on. Dr. shu is very patient and comforting with them. He always explains everything hes doing and makes my kids feel like super stars. The front desk is also very respectful and polite. It's a convenient place because they have availabilities on saturday and sundays. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
