La Dra es la mejor detectando el problema con mucha experiencia. Es muy directa en la situación que se tiene. No trata de sacar dinero como típicamente en el área dental se presta.

Very happy with the experience. They have COVID precautions in place. Only one person is in the waiting area, hand sanitizer is available while you wait. More sanitizer when they walk you inside, then a temperature and Pulse Oximeter check. Once you are in the chair you can take off your mask. The staff are gloved, masked (with N95s) and have gowns on. All the surfaces in the exam room that are high-touch (the buttons on the powered chair, the water dispenser, etc) all have cling-films on them that are replaced for each patient. It felt very clean and very safe there. Plus, Dr. Alvarez is extremely friendly and welcoming. My appointment went pretty quick considering I was a new patient; filling out the history form, full series xrays, exam, and cleaning took just under one hour. The best part? No upselling! It's taken me a long time to find a dentist who doesn't try to get you to buy flouride treatments or tooth whitening at my own expense. Definitely recommend Dr. Alvarez!
