Absolutely awesome Ortho! Our son had major mouth/teeth issues. Mike Pollack and his team were always on top of everything. Great transparency and education at every appointment regarding where we were in a very long process. Mike even caught an extreemly rare condition that required surgery at CHLA. Everyone from the front desk to Mike is fabulous! We have visited this office at least 30 time over the past couple of years and Every. Single. Time. Has been outstanding.

Pollack orthodontics customer service is exceptional. They were so kind to our family when we were traveling from out of state and our youngest daughter broke a bracket. They worked with us to get our daughter into the office right away so she could be comfortable for the rest of our trip. If we lived here, we would definitely be a patient!! Dr. Pollack is truly an amazing orthodontist!! He has given me such a beautiful smile that I am constantly fighting off "cougars" where ever I go. Never in my life have I had my smile complimented by random strangers until after Dr. Pollack did his detailed work on my teeth. My eldest daughter also has reaped the rewards of Dr. Pollack's orthodontic expertise and has the most fantastic smile now. He and his team are so good that I am taking my youngest daughter to start her journey to the perfect smile starting this week. The Pollack smiles "krewe" of Brandy, Terisa, John, and Isabel are consumate professionals making my experience there a true delight. I am posting this on behalf of my husband….. Dr. Pollack and his staff are awesome!! Dr. Pollack is very knowledgeable, patient, and down to earth. He takes time to explain everything and he truly cares about you! His entire staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable from your first visit with them. Having worked in customer service my whole career, I know how rare it is to find this caliber of service. Getting my braces off was bittersweet as I’ll miss seeing their team on a regular basis! Absolutely could not be happier with my experience at Pollack Orthodontics. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Pollack made me feel very comfortable from day one, and all throughout my treatment took the time to make sure my questions were answered and that I stayed informed. The decision to get braces was one I was a little hesitant about at first but I can definitely say the final result was beyond anything I could of hoped for. Dr. Pollack is one of the best Doctors I have worked with and I have worked with hundreds. You can quickly tell when you walk in the office they pay attention to each patient and make sure everyone is well taken care of. First thing I noticed was how clean and organized the office was.
