Old Town Dental Care - Caitlin Lanzon DDS Inc. (previously Mission Oaks Family Dentistry)

I have the WORST anxiety when it comes to dental work or visits. Dr. Caitlin Lanzon was amazing. She was sweet, kind, and understanding. The staff there was warm and welcoming. People often fear judgment at a dentist office and the whole office was not judgmental and I appreciate that very much. I tend to have panic attacks while sitting in a dentist office and Dr. Lanzon was kind to how I was feeling and didn’t force anything that wasn’t necessary that day. I highly recommend this dentist office. Today was my first visit and I will be continuing my care there. Thank you Old Town Dental Care. They even gave me a valentines day card 🖤

Dr. Lanzon is the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff are so nice and helpful, and very well trained in each of their respective rolls. Dr. Lanzon is the most painless dentist as well. I don't know how she does it, but when you need anesthetics she has a special quality and the shots don't hurt, she also checks in to make sure you are very comfortable. She takes time to listen and work with you on your treatment plan. She works diligently to make sure every detail is attended to. I can't recommend Dr. Lanzon enough. Truly the best in the county. I would make this review longer but, It would be several paragraphs long. You will be very happy and not want to go anywhere else after you visit her office.

The dentist here is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is so kind, gentle, and caring. This is the first time I have ever had a perfect match and fit with a temporary flipper. I had one before and it never fit properly and color never matched and had to go back at least 5 or 6 times. My temporary is a perfect fit and color. The office staff is always so friendly and efficient..I give the Dr and staff a 10+

I've been going to Dr Lanzon before she moved into this office. She's great! Very knowledgeable and she does excellent work (she did a crown for me). But my dental hygienist, Brianna, is fantastic. She does a very thorough job. She keeps me informed of every step, plus she's a pleasure to talk to. It makes going to the dentist a real joy!

Old Town Dental has always been so great to me. Dr. Lanzon is lovely, as are all of the hygienists, assistants, and office staff. It’s great to have access to quality dental care in a safe and positive environment!

Everyone is always so kind, they are gentle, the chairs are very comfortable and Dr. Lazon always greets you with a smile. They will listen to your questions. The office staff is very kind and it's a breeze going there. I highly recommend.

This dental office completely put aside my dental anxiety. I've never felt so at ease in my adult life. I tend to get accustomed to hearing "take your time" because I'm old and use a walker, something I'll never get used to. It's hard enough to age and have your body betray you, but this place never contributed to me feelng old and broken down. Even though THAT shoe fits. I'm an old Grey mare who ain't what she used to be. I used to have recurring dreams of losing my teeth and spitting them out (dream analysis claims this is your subconcious heralding changes)so, yes, I have had dental anxiety, but I was able to put it aside today. If I didn't creak so loudly, I'd try to get a job there. Caitlyn is a compassionate dentist and did not try to convince me to get procedures I didn't really need. I've had argumentative moments with other dentists, about things I didn't think I'd need, like implants. TV has lots of ads promoting implants and how wonderful they are. Maybe they are, but I'm at the end of my life cycle, and it seems impulsive at my age. But if I were going to go that way, I'd do it through this office, before a cosmetic oriented office.
