My experience is always very pleasant! The office manager takes great care to inform me of my insurance coverage versus my out-of-pocket. She also helps me to understand the plan laid out for me by the periodontist who is also very kind. As for the hygienist…she’s the best! I highly recommend Mission Oaks Dental group.

The doctors at this office are actually very good and professional. My experience with the dental work itself was positive. Unfortunately the front office and billing process were disappointing. I was quoted a price and paid $299 for the treatment, but later received additional charges that were never clearly explained beforehand. When I tried to discuss it, I was told I had signed a treatment plan for a higher amount, even though the full cost was never properly disclosed. Because of this, a $233 balance was sent to collections, which felt unfair considering I paid what I was originally told. Again, the doctors seem skilled and professional, but the billing transparency and front office communication need improvement.

Mission Oaks Dental is marvelously wonderful. Every time I walk in I am greeted warmly by everyone. The services provided are second to none. Dr Workings has assembled a staff that are genuine. Thank you so very much for helping me overcome my disdain of dentistry in general and making my smile top notch.

Dr. Yuko Workings and Dr. Maria Yeaton are both incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. The back office team is a well-oiled machine, and they all deserve immense credit. Hati, Maru, Yami, and Juan are all wonderful and clearly masters of their craft. And a special shout-out to dental hygienist Sofia—she is fantastic! Her work is incredibly meticulous, and she has such a gentle touch. This entire team works together seamlessly to provide a level of care that is second to none.
