I am a very anxious dental patient. Was very anxious about having a tooth pulled with topical anesthetic. Dr Garlock and his assistant (sorry I can’t remember her name) handled me with great patience. They said I would be done in half hour and I was. I never felt rushed, again very patient with me. Dr Garlock recommended by my primary dentist. Very pleased with experience.

Dr. Gerlach is awesome and walked me thru the process and made me feel comfortable and the implant process was smooth and happened less than 10 mins. His staff is also pleasant and professional.

Everyone in the office was great. The staff at check-in was very kind and provided the statement to let me know what my portion would be. Dr. Gerlach was awesome. I am very afraid of pain, and he numbed the area and walked me through each step. There was no pain when he extracted it. His nurse (I am sorry I forgot her name) was so kind and empathetic. She made me feel at ease, patting my hand and reassuring me that I was doing a good job. I have major dental anxiety and have pushed off my wisdom teeth removal for 10+ years, but after meeting Dr. Gerlach and the team(nurse Heidi was awesome), I felt safe and comfortable enough to have the procedure done. I never felt forced to do anything and they explained the entire process from start to finish. Smooth recovery thus far. Would recommend to friends/family. Still have dental anxiety but now I don't have to deal with my wisdom teeth anymore.
