They always treat me like a vip! From the moment you walk in you are always greeted with a big smile which makes my anxiety go away! I never wait more than 5 to 10 minutes before they take me back!! The Dentist always takes her time answering all my questions! I can’t say enough good things about this practice I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wonderful dentist!! They will definitely put a beautiful smile on your face ♥️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A really great place to go. The Dr treats you so good like your family. And has great staff working there. Very relaxing place. I had a denture made there . They did a wonderful job . Gave me my smile back in time for the Hoildays. And now I can enjoy my Hoildays eating and smiling again. Thank you Smile Center

The new dentist is phenomenal !!!!! And that is a understatement! The staff are all helpful and patient I love this place i am afraid of the dentist but they take very good care of me.

After doing months worth of research , I decided on the Smile Center. This was the best choice I ever made. My fear and anxiety for the dentist was at 2000% and here I was treated kindly, no judgment. It had been a long time since I had my teeth cleaned, I had to have a tooth pulled. I had to have a crown. Everything went smoothly and perfectly, and the staff was fantastic. My anxiety for the dentist is completely gone. I recommend the Smile Center hands-down the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life! I have had my dentures for just 2 years and they are coming apart. Financial person is very pushy and not nice at all. The dental technicians I dealt with were extremely nice, they were the best part of the experience.. Would not recommend this business!!

Had the worst experience on the phone with one of the workers and manager at Smile Center Buffalo,NY. The worker on the phone was super disrespectful saying I lied about payment information regarding from a different worker for getting a consultation before the oral surgery, and when i asked for her name for not being professional and said I was going to report her she hangs up the phone on me multiple times as im trying to call back. Then after I called 3 plus times the manager answers the phone and claims that I’m not a patient and that I can’t have the name of the worker who was not being professional when talking to a potential client. I just think it was really telling of how rude and stuck up some people are and how they are so entitled to think they are above respect within a workplace.

The staff is incredible here. From the receptionist to the hygienist and then the doctor, I felt comfortable and cared for. As someone who has had a long standing fear of the dentist, I have now had three very positive experiences, free of judgement. Would highly recommend to anyone who has reservation on the dentist.
