My denist, Dr. Margaret Pazzaglia is the best! She is attentive to the needs of her clients and always very professional with a wonderful smile. Dr. Pazzaglia scheduled me right away to repair a chipped front tooth. She did an amazing job. Staff were very warm and friendly. I am happy to switch to her care. Highly recommended.

I have been coming here for years and years and trust their work. They are very patient with their clients and never had problems with anyone there. When I relocated and was looking for dentists I would compare them to the service and quality I would receive from family dental center. When I came back to buffalo I went straight back to them.

Zero Stars...Totally disappointed, feeling deceived. They were able to get me into an appointment when others were not, that's the best I can say for them and the office staff seemed professional. I was told I would see Dr Rosen to look at a cracked filling that was previously filled by another dentist. I can't say who I saw because she came in wearing a mask and I never really even saw her face, nor did she tell me who she was. She took a quick look at my tooth and said "I hope this isn't keeping you up at night" because this will need a crown. Which will take time for insurance approval 2 weeks + basically nothing we can do for you right now but thanks for the exam fee. She wouldn't even consider smoothing down the sharp edge of my tooth for the time being. I left and went back to my old dentist that replaced the original filling and never mentioned anything about my tooth needing a crown. I'm glad I didn't have the work done there as I had a bad feeling and was proven right. Also there's no free parking, good luck finding parking on main st or pay for parking in Sisters hospital.

Family Dental Center has been my Family dentist for over 30 years. since my children were little and started going to a dentist. They now bring their own children to see Dr Pazzaglia! Dr Rosen and Dr Pazzaglia are the best!

I had a crown done at this clinic about a year and a half ago, and the crown popped off, which according to several dentists I consulted should not happen. I called the clinic and they would not take responsibility for it. I’ve had an overall bad experience and would not trust them with any future work.
