Inspire Dental Group of Buffalo Affiliated with The Smilist Dental

I just went to my first appointment at Inspire Dental Buffalo and was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received. I had been to other Inspire Dental offices for years but hadn't been to this location. It was easy to get to, very nice inside and the quality of cleaning I got from my hygienist Laurel was outstanding. She was thorough, gentle and very informative about explaining the reasoning behind the importance of technique, etc. I will definitely be returning!

Appointment was wonderful. Front desk and scheduling staff were friendly and welcoming! Olivia who completed my x-rays was very helpful. Laurel, my dental hygienist, was thorough, intelligent, took her time, explained everything she was doing, helped form an amazing treatment plan for me going forward.

I was a brand-new patient with a tooth that needed some attention. My coworker referred me to them because she said their service is amazing and that the Doctors and hygienists make their patients feel comfortable. The staff did not disappoint. I was really nervous, and they made me feel comfortable immediately. Everyone was so friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend them.

I had my first visit at Inspire Dental of Buffalo yesterday (my first dental appointment since 2018) and it was a really pleasant experience. The receptionist at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The hygienist didn’t introduce herself at first, but she was clearly very skilled and knowledgeable, and she later apologized and introduced herself, which I appreciated. She did what was best for me and my teeth, and I could tell she genuinely cared. The dentist was also very friendly and gave a thorough exam. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

Very professional, explained everything so I could understand. They gave me options and explained the pros and cons of all options. Very nice and had a relaxed experience. My anxiety approves lol. I am happy to work with this group going forward.

Im super scared of the dentist, ive had some horrible experiences that ended in Bloody messes so i have like a phobia of it This place made me feel so comfortable, they have everythingequipped, everyone was super professional and made me feel at home. Appt was quick i dodnt have to wait 6 months for the next appt. They had everything even anesthetic to put you to sleep . HIGHLY RECCOMENDED for people who hate goi g to the dentist.

Do not go to this dental group. They are horrible. Constantly rescheduling hygiene and cleaning appts. My appt was rescheduled twice this week after having it scheduled for 6 months. Was told scheduling 6 months out, the staff are unreliable. Constant turn over on hygienists. Last time I went no doctor available to check me over after cleaning. Unprofessional staff that talk about other patients horribly after hanging up phone. BEWARE!!! Wouldn’t send my dog there to get teeth cleaned.
