Since coming to this office, my oral health has never been better. I have lived in several different states, and Dr. Emily and her staff are by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. They are kind and incredibly professional. They see you within minutes of signing in and the patient experience is superb. They walk you through everything they're about to do and are very gentle with their work. I can't say enough good things about this practice so I'll just keep recommending them to all my friends and family!

Dr. Emily and staff immediately make you feel like family upon arriving for your first visit. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Nothing like dentistries I’ve been to in the past. Located in a wonderful part of Buffalo, plenty of parking. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Dr. Schaefer and her team only get 5 stars because they won't let me give them 6! I broke a tooth and had an extensive overseas trip in a few days. They worked me in, did a fantastic job on the tooth, and were super professional throughout. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

Dr. Emily and her staff are amazing! They provide an excellent patient experience. You're greeted (usually by name) with a friendly smile as soon as you walk in. They always seem to run on time and I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I had a recent dental "urgency" and they were very accommodating. You don't get this kind of service at the franchise dental offices. Highly recommend Dr. Emily!

The best dentist ever! Dr. Emily & all her colleagues have been so instrumental in my dental health over many years now & I am so grateful! My teeth have truly transformed for the better since I started coming to this office. I have been a patient of Dr Schaefer since her days in Hamburg. I followed her to her present digs in the city for a reason. She is so good professionally and so very nice. Shannon, the dental hygienist my last two visits, is the best. She is so personable and fun to talk to. She really takes her profession seriously and does a great job. Hannah and the rest of the front office staff are pleasant and welcoming when you arrive. First impressions mean a lot. I highly recommend Dr Schaefer and her staff.

I give their whole staff a 5 star rating from start to finish and beyond. Every time I come in they are always pleasant. Sue has a great smile and made my heart feel very warm. Their whole team works together to get the job done and are willing to figure out the problem. I had an issue with my insurance and also had a very rough day and Hannah tried her best to help me receive information and was still willing to work with me. Due to her patience she made my day and I'll always appreciate that. The hygienist, Ann, is FABULOUS!! She is very sweet, knowledgeable, patient and does a great job at cleaning teeth. During my cleaning she was explaining to me the reason for what she was doing and why and even taught me things I had no idea about. Dr. Emily has a wonderful staff and she is also wonderful as well. I will always recommend. Great job =)
